Mark and his crew are professional and hard working and the job estimate was reasonable among the bids we got before beginning, considering the work we had done. He and his crew removed an old furnace in a hall closet and replaced it with a new one up in our attic. Definitely recommended!

A refreshing example of a professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy crew who takes great pride in their work and does a great thorough job while also providing great customer service. Mark and his team recently replaced our whole HVAC system and did it in a timely manner and took the time to patiently answer our questions along the way and went above and beyond. Excited to continue to work with them to maintain our system for years to come. Highly recommend.

We have been very happy with MB Heating and AC. They took out our old gas radiator, installed an entirely new heating and air-conditioning system with vents to every room and a brand new thermostat. They did a great job. They gave us a great quote. Mark’s communication is excellent. This is a family run business which we really like. Mark and his son are thorough with their work, polite and friendly and easy-going. They have returned many times to get the balance of the heat and AC in the house just right. Never a problem to get them back here, they’re always happy to do it. We really appreciate their excellent work and service!
Mark came out on Labor Day to fix my a/c system. I was also dealing with a power outage so he couldn't come until the power was restored. Mark checked in with me as he completed other jobs and once I let him know the power was restored, he came within half an hour. He was very professional, pleasant and wore booties inside my house. He fixed the problem within an hour.
Mark was our hero today! Our prior attempt to install a new thermostat failed and our entire AC system was broken. He took our call on a Sunday night, came to our house first thing on a holiday morning, and spent time to thoroughly assess and fix the problem. He was timely, communicative, kind, knowledgeable, and honest. We will DEFINITELY be working with Mark again in the future and are so grateful for his help!
Mark was referred to me by a trusted friend after two reputable HVAC companies just stopped responding in the most unprofessional manner. Both after coming out to do inspections and provide estimates. One wanted me to install a brand new system for $23,000! And they had installed the original one only 12 years ago. Thank goodness they did because that brought me to Mark! Mark responded immediately, showed up when he said he would, communicated throughout, showed up to do the work when he said he would, did the work in the time he promised, and at the rate he promised, which was even less than one of ball-dropping companies! His workers, like him, both nice and professional gentlemen as well. I won’t hesitate to call Mark again but hoping I won’t need to for quite some time!
Professional and quick turnaround all together! MB heating & air came into our home and treated it like it was their own. The work they did was impressive, the people were professional and friendly. They truly showed their level of experience. From all of the quotes we received, hands down they gave us the best offer and fair price for a full installation of a new system. I even appreciated the little details they did to make sure our home was left the way we had it.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The team at MB heating & air were professional, fast, reliable, and did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond for a fair price on a complete install of air conditioning system compared to others. On top of that, they included electrical work and had all of the safety features to ensure a long lasting system. Highly recommend them if you want to keep your mind at ease and a job well done.
Professional, Proffessional, Professional. Great experience! The team that worked on my house was very responsive and respectful. They understood that having people in your home is difficult at best to deal with. They understood my needs and went out of there way to not be in the way while I was working from home. Mark was very professional, he did not oversell me. He offered me options and sold me exactly what I needed. The new system is awesome and easy to use. I wish all contractors were as easy to deal with. Big Thank You to the team!
Mark and his team did a great job with the replacement of our HVAC system. They were professional, courteous, and timely. They were very careful to not damage anything during the installation and cleaned up everything. And Mark was honest and transparent about the costs associated with the installation. I would highly recommend MB Heating and Air for any work related to your HVAC system!
So glad we found MB HAVC service..last year he replaced my complete HVAC then replaced worn 25 yr old duct work. The air quality in our 70+ yr old house is so much better! Mark & his crew are professional and timely. We also set up 2X year service contract & rest easier having these maintenance check ups
After their first visit in our new home, I'm having them come every 6 months forever. We got an assessment from a home depot affiliate claiming we needed to spend $15k to replace our entire system. These guys came to give us a 2nd opinion, found the route of the problem, and fixed it without destroying our bank account. If you want someone who is looking to make long term relationships + really tell you what you do / don't need vs. gouge you, you've found them.
Total pros! I can't say enough good things about MB Heating & Air. They came highly recommended and the overall experience met every expectation. Mark and his crew are great. Couldn’t ask for better service. Even during peak times of the years, they go out of their way to be there, especially if it’s urgent. Their work is solid and their attention from a customer service viewpoint is outstanding. What more can you ask? Very happy with them.
Mark was true to his word. Came in, bulldozed the project and had ac installed within 3 days! His crew was incredibly nice and did not cut any corners. Very professional and I would highly recommend anyone to use them!!
Mark and his whole team are absolutely exceptional, my family would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price. Mark went out of his way to make sure we were clear on all of details of our job, both those related to the work itself and those related to timing. His team is efficient, professional and very thoughtful. We had a small infant when we had our job done and they were extremely conscientious and made the process very stress free for us. We plan to use them for any future heating/air projects.
