Worst company I have ever had to deal with…EVER. Would not recommend. Only going with this company because it’s the only HVAC company my warranty company will work with.

JT did an outstanding job restoring my service. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed and diagnosed the problem the first time. Got the coil cleaned and the unit working!
Deondrae did a great job getting my AC working again
My parents air conditioner went out in South Georgia and I called May and spoke with Daniel. He was there within the hour and was professional and had my parents air going strong again in 30 minutes. Great experience!
JT from May Heating and Air came out and fixed the problem under 30 minutes. JT is my my preferred technician. If you need any one, go to May and ask for JT.

Our experience with May Heating & Air has been a whirlwind. The process has been a headache BUT I don’t think it’s their fault. There are many negative reviews and they all seem to have one common denominator: American Home shield. Dealing with any insurance company is painful. There are obviously pros and cons to having insurance and I’m thankful we do, however AHS creates ridiculous challenges. If you have AHS just know it will likely not be a quick smooth fix regardless who you use, May or someone else. Buy some window units and just call frequently to get a status update. If you aren’t willing to wait then a local AC company with less hoops to jump through and clients could likely fix the issue sooner ($$$$$). As i get older, this seems to be true with ALL insurance companies regardless of the field. Best of luck in this heat…

We were having issues with our A/C and as usual I had no idea what to even look at so we called and they sent out some immediately. JT came out and was on time, super professional and very courteous. JT gave me a run down on what it was and what needed to be done he was sincere and understood the urgency of our situation. He had it resolved quickly, and I’m super happy with May heating and air and there technicians like JT. And will definitely be using them in the future for all my A/C needs!
