I called the business and answered right away. They were early to the appointment time even though I was a last minute call. Once it was diagnosed I was given several options for the fix along with any other problems that he observed. The price was reasonable and didn't try and upsell anything. They had my A/C up and running within 4 hours of me calling on a 90 degree day.
James is very prompt at responding to messages. Returns calls and schedules appointment I would highly recommend this company

I’ve used Maxx Air before and they are always excellent in being professional and efficient. I had my heating system checked as well as my water heater and they did a great job on both devices.
Maxx Air went above and beyond installing our new mini splits. We worked through solutions that would minimize the visual impact of the units and they worked late into a snowy Friday night to get the job done.
Happy with MAXX services in general. Hard to find good boiler people. James is excellent and gave us a good deal on a high efficiency boiler/water heater replacement. A bit disappointed given dirty handprints on the walls left behind (not James).
