Not going to waste space writing. Home warranty assigned Maxon, 2 trips over the course of several days, lost my AC coolant both times, patch job. Said they would return, never did and would not answer my calls or the warranty co calls. 10 days without AC in over 100 degree temps. Called AZ Cooling, came wihin 2 hours and fixed the AC same day. Cost me a bit but better than the misery we were going through. Cancelled my home warranty and never again Maxon, ever.

I had a minor problem with my AC drain line. Michelle set up my appointment and followed up with my techs arrival time. Tyler and Caleb arrived and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Thank you crew at Maxon Air. Have a great Summer :)

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Maxon Air twice for two separate issues on two separate HVAC units. Each time they were used I heard back from them very quickly and was provided an appointment fast. They had both my units patched up and working again asap. I enjoyed dealing with everyone, from the office, the techs, and the owner. They all seem like great people that want to do their best to help you and make sure you fully understand the situation. Great place to deal with.

I would not recommend Maxon Air. They were assigned to me by my home warranty company to replace my A/C unit. After the warranty company approved everything and ordered the unit, they contacted me to tell me that Maxon Air had been notified that the unit was ordered and would be ready for pick-up by noon that same day; they said Maxon Air would be contacting me. Since it was 115 degrees here in Phoenix, I decided to call them to try to get a time frame. The lady that answered the phone said she had no idea what I was talking about and that, until they got the unit, they could not order the additional parts they needed, which would take several days. I asked why they couldn't get the specs from the manufacturer to get the parts sooner and she hung up on me. I guess, as a customer, you are not entitled to ask questions. I called the warranty company to file a complaint and tell them I wanted a new company. The owner of Maxon Air called me back and when I told him I switched companies, he got defensive and it turned into a very loud argument with him threatening to sue me for slander if I filed a complaint or wrote a bad review. Sorry buddy, it doesn't work like that. You cannot be rude to your customers, threaten them, and expect good reviews. I called another, more professional company, and they had someone out right away and a new unit installed the very next day. I will be giving them a great review. It was completely unnecessary to go a week (with temperatures in the 100's) without A/C. The way in which Maxon Air handled our situation was unpleasant, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Do not go with Maxon Air. I have never updated a review before but I feel it is necessary. I have never been treated so badly by a company. And he never followed through with his threat to beat me up, but people who act tough over the phone can never back it up in real life. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY SENT OUT A TECHNICIAN TO LOOK AT MY A/C UNIT (ON A THURSDAY) AND HE SAID IT NEED COOLANT, WHICH HE ADDED. SEVERAL HOURS LATER IT WAS STILL BLOWING HOT AIR. I CALLED BACK AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T GET SOMEONE BACK OUT TODAY. THEY SAID TO LET IT RUN OVERNIGHT WHICH I DID ... NO COLD AIR! I CALLED FIRST THING THE NEXT MORNING (FRIDAY) TO GET SOMEONE OUT AGAIN AND I TALKED TO THE SUPERVISOR, CORY. HE TOLD ME THEY WERE CLOSED FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. REALLY? WHEN I ASKED DENISE WHO ANSWERED MY CALL ORIGINALLY SHE TOLD ME THEY HAD APPOINTMENTS ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. SO NOT ONLY DID I NOT GET MY A/C UNIT FIXED I WAS LIED TO! IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND AGONIZING PAIN OF SITTING IN A HOT HOUSE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Had to use this Company due to a home warranty program. The gentlemen who came out to my home was able to identify the issue quickly but they did not have the part to fix the AC unit. The guy said they would have to order the part, did not hear from their office until 5:00 PM the next day. Ended up having to call Penguin Air to fix it, Penguin was able to fix the issue and get my AC unit up and running immediately. I'd go another route than using Maxon Air.

How does an air conditioning company dont have long enough ladders and are not permitted to walk on tile roofing. Everybody in Arizona have tile roofing. That's the explanation I was given to why they couldn't fix my ac unit. Thanks a lot for wasting my time.

Maxon Air helped us limp our old AC unit the last few years so when we were ready to get a new one we knew exactly who to call! They were on time, removed the old unit and got the new one up quickly and made it look so easy. I'm so grateful for all their help over the years and will never go anywhere else for my AC needs.

Want to get ripped off? Call up Maxon Air where they will charge you for anything they can! gotta love hidden fees. Also the office staff sounds like they could really use a vacation or possibly a shot of whiskey.

This is a late post but my air conditioner went out on a Friday night and they came the next morning to fix it. It was a thermostat so they replaced it. However, there was a wire on the actual air condition unit that kept the air conditioner running all the time. They came out on a Sunday and fixed it. They were a life saver!!!!

I woke up completely stressed out because the A/C was not working, Maxon Air came to our rescue! Using their service was easier than ordering a pizza, SERIOUSLY! Horrible company. Had a tech out because our a/c failed an inspection due to an insulated wire housing missing due to a new fan being incorrectly replaced in 2017. By Maxon Air no less. The tech Cory II was rude from the start, refused to even try to help and basically came up with a list of excuses why he couldn't help. Said it was a "common" way to do it so it would work. Parker and Sons identified it as not done correctly but I guess they do stuff right and not "common". The tech got angry and stormed off and then the bill for $75.00 came. They want to get paid for giving me attitude. He never made a call or tried to help me while he was there, just just attitude and a storm off. I wish I could have used Parker and Sons, such a superior company, too bad my warranty company doesn't use them. I know that in the future I will not have Maxon Air out no matter what, I've had two bad experiences with them with one being the cause of the other. Nothing good to say about them. Don't use them, refuse with your warranty company of they are assigned and save yourself the headache.

Horrible Service !! The tech case out , charged a fortune to fix a leak & 24 hours later , the same thing was wrong !! I called them back , they said they were going on vacation !! Meanwhile I was cooking to death 💀.
