I was referred to this company by another HVAC company because Maximum H&C *specializes* in boilers. My home's boiler system had an issue that I tried to get addressed via our home warranty company, but was unsuccessful for several weeks leading to no heat in the entire home for way too long. Jim and Dallas addressed the issues immediately, coming out to our home the next morning to inspect the issue and then returning the very next day to finish the job. Not only did they address the issues to fix the heating system fully within 2 business days, they were informative throughout the entire process explaining the exact problems with the system. We even were presented with several different options to fix the system, with varying cost estimates. Now that it's fixed, we are back to being comfortable in our home! A HUGE, huge thank you to this company. We appreciate your hard work!
We have had multiple issues with our AC units and Dallas and the crew have been able to get out to us in a very quick manner. One time on a Sunday morning! Him and his staff are very professional and take care of us like we are family!
Horrible. 3500 dollars for a new ac unit… the unit is a Coleman and is garbage. We never get our house under 70. Runs all day. Kids came over to install it…had to call the boss all the time. Told price was to replace lines with unit then owner said oops no my son didn’t know that’s not included. Owner is a salesman type and pretends to give you deals. Overall extremely disappointed. I am impressed!! Our service tech was Dallas, he was very professional and prompt. Fixed our AC unit and not only is it working amazing... its much quieter than before. Highly recommend 👌 👍
I came home from the hospital to find out my AC was not working I am on oxygen 24 seven I contacted maximums heating and cooling company they responded immediately came to my home as soon as possible diagnose the problem and solve it would not leave until the job is done right .even called me the next day to make sure things were still running good thank you so much for a fast and wonderful job this company is great ! Polite and respectful employees again thank you so very much for being a top-notch company
Jim and his team were amazing! After talking with several companies, JIm was the only one that walked us through the process and what was needing to fix our older boiler. 100% will work with them for future maintenance and installing of our AC unit!

Remarkable company, same day service, even on Holidays, with very attractive pricing. He's the only Mechanical contractor I would have in my home, trust every word that comes from their mouth. You'll be very happy you called Maximum Heating & Cooling.
Left a message late in the evening and got a call back within minutes. They worked me in the next morning and saved my 20+ year old A/C unit without pulling my pants down over the price. Wife was home alone when they came over and she said they were very professional and courteous. I will be using them soon again to replace my old A/C unit.

Tomorrow we get 3-6 inches of snow and over the next week the temp will drop into the negatives, so of course my furnace stops turning on (and of course it happens at 11 pm). I called Maximum and someone immediately answered the phone, it actually caught me off guard since I was expecting to get some run around between answering machines. The owner talked me through some small troubleshooting before calling a technician who arrived within 30-45 minutes. The tech was here for maybe 20 minutes before he had my furnace up and running. They were fast, friendly and affordable. I will be going back to them again come time to upgrade (there was no sales pitch or pressure to upgrade when I mentioned it). All around a great experience.
He was amazing! Very personable and honnestly with us. Gave us a great deal and followed through with everything he committed to. Went above and beyond for us, he even fixed something that had nothing to do with the service he was providing! I definitely recommend then they were great!
