Very professional and great service. Had them come out to install a new thermostat and the tech Lazaro was fantastic.
We have been without AC for a week. Our 20 year old old faithful AC finally gave out. My husband has been meeting with 9 other companies within that week. I was just annoyed with not getting AC ASAP. But my husband was adamant about finding the right price, quality, etc. And I guess it's true when they say save the best for last. We met with Lazaro's company on exactly the day that marked a week since our AC gave out, he was the last company to meet with before making our decision. We got Lazaro's information through one of our family members. Mind you, we have a two year old toddler living in Florida without AC has been a challenge. Lazaro and his team of men were punctual and amazingly responsive with texts and calls. Please be be patient and understanding with communications. His work ethic speaks for himself and his team! They are family oriented and were so sweet to my daughter while working around her. I can't thank him enough for being able to make an exception for my family on his busy day to come out and help us with getting our home functioning again. They are professional and very knowledgeable about their area of expertise. I can't thank them enough!
Had some issue with the A/c causing it to stop and start. Even though the system was working at the time they came, it proved to be more difficult to determine and despite initially addressing, the problem continued. Lazaro and his team were quick to acknowledge and immediately returned to further investigate and diagnose. The unit being located on the roof , was not easy to access and fix. But the tech Félix managed to repair and perform a maintenance of the system while exposed to the intense heat of the afternoon. Should the issue not fix the problem he was prepared to credit back the repair. There are many A/c companies out there which provide a decent enough service, but what sets them apart is the attention to detail in ensuring customer satisfaction and backing up their work. Lazaro and his team are true professionals. Thank you very much!
The best HVAC company there is. From my first encounter with Felix to meeting the installers who installed my unit. I really appreciate the fact that they took their times to explain to me what to expect throughout the process. They’re all very professional and take pride quality of service. Felix even followed up with me days after to see how everything was running. I will highly recommend to everyone.
