Excellent service! Came out to our house the next day when our air conditioning unit stopped working. Discussed all options with us and fair pricing. Would absolutely recommend and will be using again if needed!
I called early yesterday morning and expected an answering service, but no, it was Max himself, the owner, who answered the phone. I explained the problem and we scheduled an appointment right then and there for the same day. Pretty amazing this day and age when so often contractors don't answer the phone or don't show up! The technician Jeremiah, was also great - he was early (!), courteous, and helpful. He showed me what was wrong with the furnace and showed me the broken part. Later Max also came, which was amazing as well because it wasn't a "divide and conquer"work approach, but "work as a team" approach. The repair cost was fair and reasonable. I ended up getting the maintenance plan for the year - Jeremiah will come back when the weather gets hot to check the AC and tune it and then again in the fall to make sure the furnace is in good shape for the winter. I wish every company was like Max Air Comfort. I tell you, the world would be a better place. Thank you Max and Jeremiah.

Max is professional, timely, knowledgeable and affordable! He tracked down my issue immediately and set up an appointment to fix it right on the spot. I can't say enough about Max Air, really impressed and happy with their work!
We unfortunately came home from 3 weeks in Florida and our furnace was blowing cold air. It was a holiday and we contacted our regular guy who was Ill (cancer and covid). He diagnosed the problem over the phone with my husband. We called Max on a holiday and he answered the phone personally (what? We were figuring we would have to leave a message). He came out the next day at the time we requested and told us the exact same stuff our trusted guy said. He gave us an estimate. Two days later he and his coworker installed a new gas furnace. Communication was beyond, I feel price was right in line, permits were pulled, everything was done with courtesy. Max even fixed other issues he didn’t see at initial estimate without charge. My husband and I are more than happy with Max air comfort. Max is our new go to guy for any HVAC needs. We highly recommend his business. Work ethic, communication, coworkers, all are 5 out of 5 stars! Thanks Max we will be seeing you again.
My gas furnace broke on Christmas day. Fortunately, I have a wood burning fireplace to keep the house warm. Next day I started calling HVAC repair companies around, but there was no answer. It seems like everyone wanted to have a day off after the Christmas. Then I called Max Air Comfort and got prompt response and service. I would definitely recommend this company.
Max was basically our hero today! We woke up on a -5 degree day to no heat. No one could come out including family with hvac experience. Finally I called Max and he was at my house in about 20-25 minutes, was professional, kind, and charged a very reasonable price.
I chose Max Air Comfort because of their great rating. There's a reason they have 5 stars. My furnace was up and running within a few hours of me calling. I could not have been more grateful for the quick response, communication and reasonable pricing. I will definitely be coming back to Max for any future HVAC issues.

We had Max Air do maintenance on our furnace for winter. Jeremiah was very conscientious and knowledgeable. We explained some of our needs and he helped us with a thermostat that we could access when away. We are very happy with the results and with Jeremiah.

I very rarely write a review but Max Air Comfort had to be one of the best experiences I've had with a business in recent history. Even though our job was small, they responded professionally and took care of things promptly. They keep you very well informed on their schedule via text and email. Thanks Max, your professionalism and work ethic were greatly appreciated!
Max and his team ran into some unique challenges in our older house but they worked diligently and kept going until they worked through the problems (even calling in an electrician to help them out). They were professional at all times, even when they were running into frustrating problems. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get HVAC work done on their home.
