We shopped around for someone to install our new ac unit. Matthew Williams Air Conditioning was a great price. Matt showed up on time and did an amazing job installing my new AC unit. When he left the area was cleaner than when he began. Great pricing AND great service. I highly recommend Matthew Williams Air Conditioning.
Same day response, identified the problem quickly and made the repair. He was extremely generous with his pricing based on the time spent gathering materials and making repair. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use him for my AC repair.

Matt the owner was very professional I would recommend this company. The crew that came out Jon Vargas and another gentleman explained to me the process and each step. They are very honest company I had 2 other companies come out and they try to over charge me. I would recommend using them.
I called to have my a/c serviced and they came out the next day. Matthew was very professional, and honest. I have called other air conditioning companies out before and all they want to do is upsell and make you believe you need a new unit. I feel the price I paid was more than reasonable. I will only use this company going forward.
I have 5 older AC units that supply my commercial building. Matt has taken care of me a few times. 5 star service all the way around.
Matt and his team were wonderful to work with. We had some early on miscommunication, and at no point did I feel hesitant to continue the work being done on my home. Matt installed two Ductless Mini-Split air conditioners. Matt as well as his team was very personable and professional to me and my family . My office was cleaner than I had left it! Matt gave me options and explained everything to me in a language I could understand. I will continue to use Matt and his team in the future for all of my HVAC repairs and upgrades.
If I could give 10 stars, I would! I am a military wife with 3 young children and my husband is deployed. My A/C unit went out late March and after a month of being taken advantage of by David Gray; misdiagnosing and over charging me, only for my system to go out again after only 5 days, I was untrusting, frustrated and overwhelmed when I found Matthew Williams! He offered to come and leak check my system, diagnose and give me an estimate at no cost! He quoted me a steal of a price on a brand new line set. He outpriced nearly every company in Jax (trust me I called them all) and was eager and willing to start the job immediately! After he successfully got my A/C back up and running, me being paranoid of it breaking down again, thought I heard a funny noise and called him. He very politely insisted on coming BACK that night to check it out, leak check it AGAIN and reassure me that my A/C was actually, finally fixed! And it has been going strong ever since! I cannot tell you how much my husband and I appreciate this companys honesty and quality work! It eases some of the stress knowing we are comfortable on the home front while he is unable to be here. I will definitely be using Matthew Williams for any future A/C projects I have. I recommend this company to friends, family or anyone who is looking for a dependable, HONEST and stress free experience! Thank you for giving me back some peace of mind and cool air in this FL heat and humidity! UPDATE: I had another problem with the outdoor unit, did not hesitate to give MWA a call and again, they were more than courteous and got me taken care of quickly, efficiently, and for an unbeatable price! This company is THE BEST in Jacksonville! Hands down! Thank you again!
