Matson Mechanical really saved our lives! Well maybe I should say saved our comfort 😹as it was HOT and we had no AC. The entire experience was great, the first guy David(I believe he was management or owner) , he came over right away and he diagnosed the problem. His knowledge of the system was solid. He did what he could to limp it along until the parts could get there, he explained to me how to keep an eye on it. This is so critical so that we could have cooling while waiting for the parts which needed to be ordered. That extra customer service really impressed me. He expediated the parts and his two workers who were awesome came a couple days later when the parts were in. They were: on time, used safety measures, were pleasant, and worked very hard. Another important point is that they watched out for my 2 dogs and were careful not to let them get out of the yard, that is GOLDEN in a contractor! The repairs and replacements went well and soon they had me up and running just as good as new. David even got the manufacturer to warranty the compressor! All in all MATSON MECHANICAL was highly professional, quick and informative, the invoice was honest and reasonable. I was very pleased and they were worth every penny and then some. The invoice included pictures of the entire job and readouts of the testing equipment. The invoice and paperwork showed a attention to detail and helped me to see what they did for my records. WE are now pleasantly cooler than before the AC took a nosedive and the AC is working wonderfully. I would highly recommend Matson Mechanical - We Thank You!
