I've used James for years. Trust him enough that I've had him work on my mom's system. When all the other guys in town said she needed a new system, James took the time to make the repair. Saved thousands in unnecessary expenses. He always serves the customer first.
I'm always impressed with how fast Master Mechanical is able to fit in a service appointment. Something always seems to break at the worst time and Master Mechanical is always my first call. I'm also pretty sure there is no one nicer in the biz.
I have used Jim at Master Mechanical HVAC for years. Every experience has been extremely pleasant. He know's his stuff and doesn't charge an arm and a leg like the other guys! He's worked on my 20+ year old furnace and kept it in perfect working order . I would recommend Jim and his services to anyone!
We've used Master Mechanical several times over the years, always with great results. With each service call, they took time to explain the situation and offered alternatives to correct it. I never felt that they were anything but completely honest and I've recommended them to friends and family several times.
Jim has been taking care of my home's HVAC for years. We've had the nightmare "hottest" and "coldest" day disaster stories come true. Several years ago we had a party on the 4th of July and our air stopped working. Jim was out the next day and had us back up and running. Last winter we had our heat go out when it was well below zero. I called Jim, but didn't leave a message after hours. The next morning he called to make sure we were okay. He was out that afternoon and had our house warm again. Jim has given us great advice over the years about how to better care for our system and make it run more efficiently as well. From the type of filter best suited for our furnace to running the fan to circulate the air. He's saved us hundreds if not thousands over the chains that constantly want to replace your furnace. He's honest, trustworthy and hardworking. I've recommended him to family and friends and he has treated them with the same care he's taken care of us.
James is very friendly, knowledgable, and always strives to get the job done right the first time. He will never try to sell you on something you don't need and will always do his best to fix the problem efficiently and explain what he did to fix it. Highly recommend for all of your heating and cooling needs!
Serviceman was on time and very knowledgeable. Would highy recommend to friends and family.
My heating was not working. I went through our home warranty company to schedule a service call with Master Mechanical. Everything was scheduled for someone to come out the next day. On the day of service Master Mechanical called me one hour prior to service to cancel on me so they could go to someone else's home that had previously cancelled on them. Not a good way to do service. Two thumbs down. I would never use them or refer them to anyone, ever. Very poor customer service.
