Tony did a great job. He is reasoable and took care of installing a new furnace. A regular guy and honest.
Finally an honest hvac... didn't try to upsell and was just an all around great experience. Super informative and made us feel really comfortable with the repair. I highly recommend him. Will definitely be my first call going forward.
I made an appointment with Tony Causey for the following day (Aug 18) to have my air conditioner serviced except he was a no show. I texted him the following day asking what happened. His reply back.... "Sorry so busy didn’t put it down in the appointment book"....and that was it. How about saying something like.."Sorry, I screwed up. How can I make it up to you?' Unbelievable!
Tony is a great, honest repair man and his fees are very reasonable. He installed a furnace in my previous home and maintenanced my AC unit last year. So glad I know him. These repairs can be so costly and it's easy for us average people to be conned into paying too much or getting things done that aren't necessary. I rest assured knowing that Tony won't take advantage of me and will do only what is necessary and cost-effective. His work is top-notch!
