I am glad to tell you that if you contact them, you will not only get the best quality service. You will get friendly, respectful, honest work do not hesitate to call them. They replaced my AC coils which were leaking, cleaned the area when they were finished and generally serviced my unit. I would recommend them and I will definitely use them again!

Jonathon was extremely professional and helpful. He was recommended to me by a good family friend after I spoke to 2 other companies and had a consultation with one of those businesses. I needed a part replaced and I was quoted between $600-$1500 for the part (which was also “very difficult to find and usually on back order”) and that was before labor was factored in. I was also told my system was too small for my home and the unit would need to be replaced in a few years due to its condition. My unit is from 2015. Jonathon was able to come out a few hours after I called him and replace the part I needed (he had it stocked) he also walked me through a full consultation on my unit and serviced my unit as well as advising me that I had another part that would not last for much longer. All of that work, servicing my unit, replacing both parts, and educating me (a first time home owner) took a few hours and I still spent less than the $1500 max estimate on the one part from the other business. Jonathon is honest and thorough, he isn’t going to push you into work or purchases that you don’t need. He’s extremely reliable and professional. I will be using him and recommending him for any and all HVAC needs in the future. I could not be happier with the services he provided.
Our thermostat and outside system was not working. He came out at 8 p.m. at night to repair the system. He also helped us to connect our WiFi to the system and to gain remote access. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Great Service
Cool-Masters recently installed a new AC system for us replacing a unit from 1992. Jonathan did an amazing job. He was able to match us up with the correct system at a great price. Jonathan was on time and really went the extra mile. He is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly he is honest. His level of commitment to doing a great job is not often seen. This company is amazing. Our AC went on out on Saturday. It was really hot and we trying to get anyone out to help. They were busy so we decided to go with another contractor. Big mistake. We paid a service charge to get no results. They wanted us to replace our air handler $3000 instead of trying to figure out the issue. I called Jon on Monday, and he came out. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue(Bad Contact). No air handler replacement needed. He flushed the system and made sure everything was working great. I highly recommend using them.
