Randy and Jacob came to service my basement unit as it wasn’t working correctly. It was constantly wet and moist and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out what the issue was. I set up an appointment and was able to get assistance within 24 hours. They were prompt and professional and were in and out within the hour! Thank you so much for helping me in the middle of summer!
Randy came to my rescue on an 88 degree day when my 26 year old AC unit stopped cooling. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the faulty part, and my house was cool again! He was polite, professional, and affordable. Highly recommend!

Randy diagnosed and repaired my gas fireplace remote and disconnected an old thermostat that was interfering with the remote communication. He was clean, quick, knowledgeable. My contact with Randy has been from a position of offering vendor services and he has been extremely professional in my verbal contacts with him.
Randy did some amazing work here at our house in the last couple of days! He repaired/replaced all of our improper and kinked duct work, added a new supply register in our closet, installed proper plenum boxes on the return and supply, and installed a AprilAire E100 dehumidifier. Our house is currently around 48% relative humidity and holding steady!! I 100% recommend Mashburn Mechanical! Along with signing up for the bi-annual maintenance program for our upstairs and downstairs units, next up he is going to install us a humidifier for the winter season and a Plasma Air whole home air cleaner! Honest, friendly, and professional! Thanks Randy!
Randy sent Andrew out same day and what a great guy. Explained everything well and fixed issue. Previous A/C man did not look over much at all and could not fix issue. Andrew went over a lot, explained and fixed the issue happening. Would highly recommend to anyone with HVAC issues. Thanks guys👍

Randy was able to stop by my residence the same day when my A/C stopped running cold air. I was a new customer for him, so it was wonderful that he was willing to stop by at the end of his work day. He easily found the issue and repaired it. He was very knowledgeable and charged a fair price. I highly recommend him for all of your HVAC needs.

Randy is the best in the business. Most affordable and honest contractor around, and provides top quality service. He installed a brand new hvac system in my home for substantially less than other companies were quoting, and completed the installation in less than a days time. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he takes the time to explain everything in a way that the general home owner can understand. I would recommend him to anyone looking for hvac work.
BEST HVAC COMPANY AROUND!!! Honest company and excellent customer service! I was previously told by another company I needed to replace the compressor for $3k or a new unit for $7500, Mashburn Mechanical came out, diagnosed the issue and determined the capacitor was bad. $225.00 later my HVAC unit is back up and running. I will absolutely be using this company and recommending them to EVERYONE!!! My unit is older, when it finally does fail, Mashburn Mechanical will be the company I choose to replace my unit.
Mashburn Mechanical is one of the most honest and responsive AC companies I have seen. We used him to install a split system for us and we also use him for annual service. We have had a couple of urgent issues and he is always there to address them. Highly recommend him!
