Super service and employees
I've had only good experiences with Marty and his team. They've diagnosed my A/C issues carefully and presented me with thoughtful options for how to proceed - through the prism of what they would do if it was their own home. And that's a high compliment. Everything they've installed or repaired to help my system chug full speed ahead has been quality, professional, and fairly priced.

New ac system installed 2 years ago, I have a 10 year warranty. Ac stopped cooling this week, first tech said capacitor, not covered, fixed that then he said compressor needed to be replaced, again not covered under warranty. Compressor should last alot longer than 2 years, there was a problem upon installing and they had to get a new one. which I now believe was a used part,. I refused the work, told him have Martin Carpenter call me. tech said he would call next day. Never heard from him, They Do Not Stand behind their products or warranty

This company is one with integrity. My ac system went out and i could not find anyone to come fix it after hours. I had seen his truck down the street from my house and knocked on the door and they were happy to help and fixed my issue. I will be using them for all future AC maintenance and repairs.

Great service
We are happy long-time customers of Martin Carpenter's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. We are thankful to have an honest, trusted, and competent air conditioning professional like Marty to call upon. Recently, our air conditioning went out during the long 4th of July weekend. The temperature rose quickly inside of our second-floor condo. To make matters worse, we were under a tropical storm watch. Within 2 hours of calling, Marty was on our roof working on our unit. He quickly assessed the issue and resolved it. We are so thankful! If the fix had required a return visit Marty planned to bring us a loaner window unit to keep cool until repairs could be made. He truly cares about his customers. We highly recommend Marty and his team.
Marty Carpenter AC is and has been our go-to HVAC install, repair, emergency and maintenance company since we moved to FL in 2016. They are a pleasure to work with, always kind, professional, responsive and nice. Thank you Misty, Marty, Jennifer, Shane and team for doing such a great job!
Had a great experience with these folks replacing my blower motor last year, but just replaced my entire system yesterday. It is so quiet and uses half the energy of my old one, and I was sold exactly what I needed, so I’m very happy. I’ll keep coming back. Thanks again!
The true definition of customer service. Fantastic business, I have used Martin Carpenter's A/C a couple of times and they are always responsive, informative and professional. Most recently Martin him self made the late night(9-10pm) call himself. The fan blew on my 18yo unit. He made all efforts to make sure I didn't sweat to death through the night. And no hard sell, just trying to remedy the problem.. I wish all businesses were this great. Would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

We had a problem with the AC in that after the compressor cycle would run, hot air would then continue to blow out of some of the vents. The MC technician arrived on time and within a few minutes, as I watched, had diagnosed the problem as a bad relay (not an uncommon problem). Within a few more minutes he had retrieved a new relay from his truck (a more rugged relay in fact, so this problem should recur less frequently), installed it, and tested the system We've had no problems since. I would definitely use MC again!
I would highly refer this company to anyone with a need for AC repair. First off, they were the best on total price. Second, they were the only ones willing do the job next day. Here’s another thing I would like to share....They came to my home within the ONLY 1 hour window, and the technician was completely professional and efficiently corrected the issue while having a great demeanor about him. I felt completely comfortable that the job was done right by someone who knew what he was doing. Needless to say, my AC is working as it’s supposed to and it was cheap, done right, and by people I have confidence in quickly. So ultimately, I highly recommend their business. My ac went out on thursday in july!!! Called them after 5 and they responded right away. Had wall units in right away witch was a life saver because i have very young children. Had a new unit installed very fast and worked with me every step of the way. Amazing family local company plus took every covid 19 precaution. Had mask on everytime they got within 10 feet. I houstly am just a random customer. A friend recommended them and i will never use anyone else.. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!
Martin Carpenter AC was more than we could ask for when our AC compressor needed replacement only weeks before selling our condo. The entire team worked diligently to ensure the repair was completed in a timely manner, while dealing with the summer season. Thank you Martin Carpenter!
