Don’t even know where to start. Parker and sons tried to rip me off. Colter from Martin air was on my roof Sunday night at 8:45 pm 2 days before the 4th of July. Way above and beyond. The next morning he and Andrew were on my roof at 10:00 am. New unit was in place and cooling by noon. They saved me a DRAMATIC amount and of money. They explained everything to me along the way. They are honest and go the extra mile. I have already recommended to 3’other friends. I highly recommend
Just had another great experience with Martin Air. I needed a new unit 2 years ago, spoke with Colter in the evening and had a new ac unit arriving the next day. July 8th, it's 112 degrees my ac didn't seem as cold. I gave them a call and Jake was at my house within an hour. He fixed a bad capacitor under warranty and I had cold air right away. Fantastic speed, Excellent service, Recommend highly!

My AC stopped working at 1230 yesterday as Martin air showed up less than an hour later. Assessed the problem and corrected it immediately. My system was restored for the cost of only a service call!
I have used Martin Air at my home, and also at my business. It is hard to find both knowledgeable and honest HVAC repair. Martin Air has never let me down. They have come through for me more times than I can count, and kept our team and customers cool. They are very professional and thorough. I highly recommend Martin Air for any HVAC issues. This is a family owned business. If you are wanting to pay HIGH overhead prices with impersonal service, this company is not for you. Bailey took care of me and walked me through the entire process. Finally a PROFESSIONAL with sincere family warmth. They arrived on time, just as scheduled, while being lenient with my schedule as well,. They held my hand through the entire process. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Reliable, punctual, friendly and very efficient! I love my new a/c! Thank you!
I have had Martin Air service my AC and my Grandmothers AC. They are trust worthy and reliable. Other AC company's have tried to take advantage of my grandmother Martin air went out and showed us how nothing was wrong with her unit and that the pricing the other company provided was hugely inflated. I will never use another company other than Martin Air.
Our AC broke down so we called Martin Air. Bernard did a great job! He arrived within an hour of calling and got us up and working within an hour. What I really appreciated was that didn’t try to up sell us like others I’ve worked with. Thanks Colter for you quick, responsive, attention to our high priority problem. These guys & gals at Martin Air are the best in the business. AC went out on an extremely hot day, they were out here in a hurry and quicker than anyone else I called could be. They got me taken care of quickly and at a fair price. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is as nice and knowledgeable as they come. Highly recommend!

Had an error with an AC unit after reinstall. Company was very responsive and helpful with troubleshooting and fixing it quickly.
They replaced my AC unit. Explained how the previous were not compatible to eachother. Very nice guys, polite and courteous. I’m giving 4 stars due to the cleanup and paint needed. To return my area back to how it was. Great customer service!
