Amazing experience! Called in the issue around 8am and they had me up and running before 10am without costing an arm and a leg!! Will definitely stick with Martin for all future needs!!

First off this is a new house and these are the issues with my AC that have happened. First before we moved in we lost all freon on the lower unit (no problem I accept issues happen as I install medical x-ray equipment and we all make mistakes) Did take weeks for service tech to make repair but it was ok as we were not moved in yet. So two months later I can hear a vibration coming from the outside coil for the lower unit. I call and let them know it feels like the fan motor and or blade is vibrating. Martin's said the assembly would be ordered. Weeks and weeks pass and nothing along with many unanswered and unreturned calls. The day they were supposed to come they called and said the fan was damaged. So another needed to be ordered and by some miracle it would be in in two days. Wow so the first one took four weeks. Looks like to me it was not ordered the first time. So they come and fix the fan. Then a few weeks later the lower AC quit cooling again. I called and left a message. An hour later I get a call from Gerald Martin himself( not bad right?). Well I explain to him what's going on and he says it's not a severe situation and it was Friday afternoon and I know we all like our weekends. So I said can someone be out Monday? He says yes? I said the reason I'm asking is because for the fan it took four weeks. His tone instantly changed! Someone might be out monday or whenever we may be in the area. Says it's a Lenox problem or a nail!!! Wow so him or his guys don't make mistakes!!! Let's see I been in my house for 6 months, I took pictures of all line placements, no nailing has been done there so it might be a Lenox problem? Wrong it was a leak that they put electrical tape over!!!!! Yes I can't make that up. When the other AC company came out cause I no longer want Martin's on my property that's what they found!!! It gets better as well. So freon added and leak fixed AC is working like a champ. Then we check the a-coil. Wow the overflow pan under the unit is full
We have always received excellent service from Martin AC! The technicians are always polite and friendly. They always explain the system to me and how to take care of it between maintenance visits. They explain what they were doing and why. I highly recommend Martin AC for your air conditioning needs!

Gerald and his team were very professional and courteous throughout the installation process. They made adjustments to help us out during the installation. This was greatly appreciated. His prices were also the best I could find in the area.
