Ive called Marshall's because our AC was not cooling. All they did was clean it instead of inspecting the unit for issues. I had to call a week later because it was not cooling again and was told that I probably had a leak in the freon somewhere. So instead of inspecting the unit he put in 3lbs of freon in the system. Costing us over $500 within a week. Now after 4 weeks it is not cooling again. We Called someone else to inspect the unit. They found the leak right away! We will not use Marshall's ever again for lousey service!!
David was very good he came out on time Monday morning after having no ac Sunday. I had AND services come out Sunday since they were a 24/7 company they told me my air was “shot” and needed a whole new system. My Ac is only 7 years old so I decided to get a second opinion. So David came out and said that was not the case that it was just a bad float switch. He then changed it and we we were back working. You can’t always trust all A/C companies but I would definitely recommend using Marshall’s again.

I contact William Marshall for all my air conditioning and roofing needs. I had a new roof installed in Oct 2015, and complete new AC system in spring 2017. Marshall's A/C is great! Diagnosed my under house vent problem as my A/C problem culprit. They are the very best most honest giving people in the A/C business I have ever met! I would highly recommend them for all your A/C or roofing needs! Personally, I believe Sam & Marcus should get a raise... because after over 30 years as an employer I have learned to recognize talent when I see it and indeed I saw it.

Marshalls has done all my ac work for the past 10 years. I used them to install a new unit in my home 10 years ago. I moved four years later and had them install a unit in my new home, as well as all my rental properties. It's a family business and always reliable.

I was trying to get my roof patched before the heavy rains came through a couple of weeks ago. I called and left messages with the answering service three times. I called a fourth time where the lady was trying to take all of my information again. I thanked her for her help and just hung up. Based on the ratings, I thought this would be a great company to use when I'm ready to get the whole roof replaced. However, based on my experience with their responsiveness, I'll just move on to the next company.

They spent a looooooot of time working on my AC and it was perfectly priced. Moat places around charged by the hour, I saved about $160 using Marshalls.
Marshall's replaced our roof, and installed a new AC unit. All work was done properly and in a timely manner. William will give you straight answers to any questions and has a wealth of knowledge in his field.
