Please not waste your time with any other company! I recently had to prepare my condo for new tenants and had a list of issues that needed to be resolved. I work with a variety of companies for a variety of projects and my biggest lesson, it's hard to find good companies to trust. This is why I was so extremely thankful to have found and hired Chris to work on my AC unit. Chris was quick to respond and on time for the appointment. When he arrived he went right to work...and when I mean right to work he did not mess around. Chris tested every possible aspect of the AC unit and did not rest until he was confident in the issue being found and resolved. He also took the time to talk me through all the steps he was completing and how the overall system was operating. I am extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and thoroughness of Chris and his work ethic. Especially when I compare him to the two other companies(i will not mention here) that I had come out prior to him. I will ONLY use Chris for ANY services moving forward! Thank you so much Chris, you are one of a kind my friend.
Normally my husband is DIY but he could not get a Honeywell smart thermostat to work with the HVAC system at our new house. Chris Braden at Mars One tracked down the wiring problem and got it up and running. He also advised us on what could be a future issue with our system. We will always call him in the future and I cannot give him enough high praise!
Chris B, the owner, saved us from a complete melt down today. Our air conditioning broke down, on the hottest day of the year and over the weekend when it was 111 degrees. He squeezed us in to his schedule, he was professional, kind, knowledgeable and generous. If I could give him 10 stars I would for the great customer service! Look no further!
Mars One is awesome. Just text Chris. He responds quickly and gets you in his schedule as soon as he can. Recently, my A/C was really struggling, hardly any air coming out. Chris went in the attic, looked fine. Then we went on the roof. Removed all the panels. Finally we found the problem. A squirrel had worked his way into the return air vent, and was grabbing much of the duct work and insulation to make a nest for...wait for it...her babies. We found four baby squirrels inside and removed them. Anyway, Chris a lot of time and effort to fix everything up. It was above and beyond the cal of duty. I highly the services of Mars One.
