had an appointment no one showed up . I called left message no o e called back I called again afew days later some one picked up I asked what happened to them on our appointment date ? he said I will look into it and call you back . no call back . we'll I'm sure glad I didn't have you show up . as you never would have taken care of it after install . thank you for blowing us off right away . make it much easier to no who is a legitimate business this way .
They did some repair work on our boiler and that was great. But in Dec and again today I scheduled boiler service and they were a complete no show on both days. I will not use them again. Fool me once…
I was grossly overcharged for line snaking on 2 indoor lines and they had promised to come back to compete a filter change which they never did. The invoice is very basic in details and the amount feels like they just pulled a number out of the air. I can't honestly recommend this company due to their performance.

Would not recommend Marmot. They did a fine job installing a swamp cooler, but didn't have a grill to cover the opening inside the house. The owner kept claiming he would have it, but it literally took 6 months of me calling him regularly before he finally got someone to show up with the grill. And when they did finally show up, they did a horrible job installing it and it looks really unprofessional. I'll need to spend some time fixing it so it looks halfway decent. Go with another HVAC company.
They showed up on time, Professional, quickly diagnosed the issue and had our AC blowing cold air in less than an hour.
Fixed our AC in a span of 45 minutes! We are so grateful for the professional + high-quality services of Marmot!
We arranged a specific time to repair my boiler which was not producing heat. Garcia did not show up and when I called he said my address was not on his GPS. He then hung up and did not take further calls. I wished he had been upfront and said days earlier he wasn’t coming. I could have made alternative arrangements.

We have used Marmot over the past 7+ years to service our rental unit and our new home. From the past owner to the new owner, the service has always been very prompt and highly exceptional. They have always taken the extra time to go over the details of the service and answer all the questions we have had. 2 years ago with very cold temperatures, we had the heat go out at both our rental and house...Marmot made it to both of our places immediately and got the heat back on within a few hours. I would highly recommend them!
Carlos and Marmot Heating have been reliable, knowledgeable and very fair. They have serviced our boiler several times, and I trust them with our heating system upkeep, both for yearly tuneups as well as repairs.
Carlos Garcia has taken a well respected professional company that was started by Jim Eastman and turned it into a 3rd rate sleazy operation and run it into the ground. Beware of doing business with this company. He lacks professionalism, he brings in employees from other companies to do cheap, unlicensed work.

My experience with this company could not be more different from the previous reviews. My contractor hired Marmot to do the plumbing during my home remodel. It was a long and chaotic experience. I do not doubt that the owner is a real plumber but he does not properly communicate with, train, or supervise his employees who have little knowledge. We had to argue with them in order to get a level bathtub. It turns out they did not bring a level! The mistakes they made prolonged the remodeling process unnecessarily. They also tried to hide their mistakes and get us to pay for them. This is not a subjective opinion --we even failed the city plumbing inspection. No quiero hablar mal de esta empresa, pero por mi parte, he complido con darle un consejo.
Marmot did a great job on fixing a complicated plumbing issue I had with a floor drain (under the concrete) that continually backed up. The old iron piping in my 1976 vintage home had eroded and caused the garabage disposal debris to get caught on the rusty pipes. Every 6 months I had to to clean it with my little manual snake. What a pain... Anyway, Marmot fixed the problem by installing new piping at a reasonable cost. Will work with these folks again.
The most reliable and honest plumbing/heating and cooling company I have worked with to date. We have a business and relies on heating and cooling for our day to day operations as well as several rental homes. Carlos and his crew always try to find the most inexpensive and effective solutions for our issues and stand behind their work. I strongly recommend!
