I hired a heating service to repair my furnace and was impressed with the quality of the service. The technician was knowledgeable and experienced, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly, restoring heat to my home in no time.
He was completely unprofessional. I wasted $11 to come home to meet him for the appointment frame he gave me. He didn't show up at all. My husband gave him a call after 6pm to ask what was going on. A personal issue with his car came up. No call or text to keep us to date. Asks my husband if I am a sister. I don't see how race had anything to do with our central air unit. He tells my husband he will come to our home at 10 am the next day. I waited until 10:07 to call and find out what was going on. He has the nerve to tell me he is getting ready and has to pick up his brother. They finally arrive. He doesn't have his tool to test the AC unit. He had to leave to get one. They were gone for an hour. He comes back to tell me we have an electrical issue. Needless, to say we paid for him to come and out to do nothing. We will find another company. He made me feel like because our home Warranty company was paying him, that we were Not important. Don't be Sorry for the inconvenience. By looks of reviews his positive reviews have declined. Maybe, it's time to Retire. Your Customer service sucks. Have a Blessed day.
Do not hire! The experience was terrible. Could not figure out the problem with furnace, when asked questions came off as if it were an inconvenience and I never got a clear answer as to what the problem was, and they replaced a part unrelated to the actual issue and charged for it. Also proclaiming how long you've been doing something does not make you seen more credible and competent, your reputation and presentation does. I called a professional after Mark's 3rd failed attempt to fix the problem and the other independent professional found the issue in less than 10 minutes and could articulate the issue in about 3 sentences.
Mark was very professional and out for my family not the money like a lot of places are. I called around a lot and when I called mark to install our new centra air unit he worked with me. He came and made sure everything worked the next day after he was done! Most places just call. I was really happy with choosing Mark’s Heating and Cooling. I recommend him to everyone who needs hearing a cooling!
Such dependable professionals. I have called for both heating and AC service, and they definitely know what they are doing. Their work is speedy and effective, and they never charge too much for the work they do. I am extremely happy with their impeccable quality of service, and I will most certainly call again.

Technicians arrived on time. The were very friendly and had all the materials to fix my central ac unit. They were done with everything in about an hour!! Price was affordable too.
I call around noon and Mark told me he could come and look at my air conditioner that wasn't blowing any cold air around 3:00 p.m. He arrived on time and was on-task. He needed to go and purchase a couple of parts that he didn't stock on his truck. Once he returned, he was able to fix the unit. He was very knowledgeable and timely. It took him 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. The price was VERY reasonable too. I would highly recommend Mark for all of your HVAC needs! Leslie L

This company was a complete nightmare!! I called them to look at my furnace. After coming out and looking at it, Mark gave me a quote to fix it. He then wanted me to give him cash or a check for the parts. I told him no explaining that I planned on paying with a credit card which his website states he accepts. He then told me that is for payment, not parts. He also stated to me several times that "you don't know how business works". When I said I would pay him for his service call with a credit card he expected me to write down my credit card information so he could take it with him to process the payment at home. He is a complete scam artist! Do not call this company.
I want to thank Mark for his help! He was on time to fix my AC, was very courteous and professional. His prices were really affordable. We should have more contractors like him!

Very unprofessional and disorganized. My air conditioner has more problems now after he came and looked at it. He did offer to fix the problems he caused for free but after he crossed wires and fried my thermostat, I didn't even trust him to replace it. I'd rather pay a professional to fix the issues he caused. Our experience was so bad, I almost had to leave the course I was attending for the Army and lose the certification I'd been working to achieve in order to come home and deal with the situation. Luckily my father (a South Bend police officer) was able to come wait in the house in case my wife needed him because we distrusted this man so much. He just did everything wrong in the way he handled the situation. Also on a side note, you can tell what kind of person he is by he responds to negative reviews about him on google. Very unprofessional and childish.
Terrible business and extremely disorganized. Not once did he give me a quote. The first day he came it took over 4 hours to diagnose and when I was told the cost for repairs I said I didn't know if I could afford it so I could not hire him to do the job at the time so he goes back to put things back together for my AC and decides to mess with the electrical functions next to the AC and causes it to spark which caused my thermostat in my home to start smoking and completely broke. He did replace the circuit board and the thermostat, however, he shouldn't have been messing with anything when I did not hire him to do anything except to pay the fee for coming out to diagnose it. The day after he broke these parts he said he needed to come back to get the model number so he can replace the circuit board outside, which he should have gotten that same day he broke it, but we decided on a time for him to go look at it and never shows up and I had my father in law at my home while my husband was out of town so he could make sure he wouldn't mess with anything else. So I call him finally and he says never mind my wife got the model number. When I finally got approved for financing so I could just have him fix my AC he couldn't commit to a day. It would always be "I might be able to come out tomorrow, but if not tomorrow then most likely the day after that, and if not that then most definitely the day after that" and still a no show. When he had to drop off the circuit board that he had to replace I asked if he could come at noon and he said yes... so he shows up around 10:30am, wakes up my son and my husband who works third shift, and tells me he comes when available. Extremely rude and disorganized. Would never recommend to anyone.
