Mark Hill does a good job for us and Nate in particular is always friendly and conscientious. They replaced our HVAC systems several years ago and continue to maintain them for us.

Everyone involved with my service was honest and professional. They arrived on time and did a great job. The price was extremely fair and no hidden surprises. The technicians were fast and very respectful. I would highly recommend this company, because they truly understand customer service. Most companies provide a lot of lip service to how they take care of their customers. You can't go wrong with mark hill.
Employees were professional, knowledgeable about the installation of heat and a/c. They were on time and did an excellent job with cleanup when job completed.
Power surge messed up the memory of the system that controls the speed of the fan motor. Hill came to the rescue, thanks.
Had some a/c troubles and they got us fixed up quick. Will definitely use them again. Update (one week later) Turns out my unit had two leaks and the refrigerant that was put in leaked out within a few days. I will actually not use this company again. Spent close to 300 dollars for nothing. I tried getting them to come out again and they won’t answer me back.

Existing system installed in attic was too big to remove intact, Required disassembly of this unit to allow removal through attic access door. Very well done. The install of the inside unit in attic (sized to fit through attic access)and outside unit went well. Install crew worked well together. This new system required a new thermostat to access all features of new system. A faulty wire in existing wiring required a bit of troubleshooting. Stuck with it until problem fully resolved with thermostat interfaced to system and working fine.
Michael, Taylor, Kino, Chance and Jacob did excellent work on our double AC/furnace installation, came early like I requested, even fixed some insulation that wasn’t part of their job. 100% recommend!

We used Mark Hill several years ago for a repair. He and his team helped us a lot and we knew that they deal in Trane products. So, we decided to call them first with our new needs. We had extremely professional and knowledgeable help with getting a quote and an install. Michael Bell was extremely helpful in describing different options and helping us understand the benefits and timing. He also worked with us to make sure we understood spring schedule timelines and rates. They were the most knowledgeable of their offer than the other places we called. They also have extremely qualified and certified technicians and did an amazing job as well. Jacob and Taylor went above and beyond to install everything well. Even with a few challenges of our old unit coming out; they did it very professionally and kept everything intact even when they had to work around our challenge longer. They also went above and beyond to resolve an issue with an air hose that was not even part of their job. They were extremely nice, knowledgeable, professional and even joyful. Jake also came in to help us with the new thermostat. After the service was put in they were very responsive and quick to answering my husband's questions on different features related to the thermostat. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for your help! They also got the job done the same day!
