Highly recommend them. Our water heater broke on a Saturday and they got back to us the same day and got us an appointment for Sunday morning. He got the parts that was needed by Monday and got our heater back and running that day. Will definitely use their services again.
I was very impressed with how thorough the service person was. A week later my heater stared blowing cold so he came out the same day I called to fix the problem. 5 star service all the way! 👍
The Team from Marasigan Heating and Air really came to my rescue. On the eve of the hottest weekend here in Fairfield, they knew we were in need and were able to squeeze us in the same day. I left a vmail and they returned my call very quickly and let me know when they would be able to come by for the assessment. It only took them a few minutes to identify what they believed was the issue, but that did not stop them from checking everything just to be sure. They were extremely thorough and explained to me everything they were checking for and everything they were doing. I'm a DIY kinda guy and they didn't mind answering all my questions on how the system worked, what to look out for, proper maintenance etc. They really went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with the customer service and professionalism. I've already recommended them to my neighbors who are having AC issues and will continue to do business with them moving forward. I also love the fact that these guys are family owned and run, I always try to support local and encourage others to do the same.
