Great service!
I communicated with the owner Mark Prevatil by text as he didn't answer when I called, nor did he call me back. I asked very specifically for him to call me after diagnosing the problem as this work was done on a rental property of mine and I'm out of state. The technician told my tenant they didn't like dealing with 3rd parties and asked my tenant to approve and pay for the repairs. Poor communication, inability to follow simple instructions and did not work with the owner of the property to approve of and/or pay for work. Beyond unacceptable and I would never recommend.

If I could give more stars I would. Mark and his crew are always there for you. When my Ac went out he went right away to help us out last summer while other companies I had to schedule in advance for a couple days out keep in mind my wife was pregnant. Then this year we decided to put a new system in and he was there again quickly and he is always very professional. He explains your new system so anyone can understand. Price is great and the service is outstanding! I would recommend to all friends and family. He always takes care of his customers
Had an A/C check up by Mark and Son, Gabe. Found them to be honest, straight forward and very reasonably priced. Mark went through my bill with me in detail and showed me where I am getting hit by APS and what to do about it. Happy with the service & price.
I have had nothing but top level service from Mark and Maranatha H&C for quite some time. He recently replaced my rooftop unit after the worn out system that he installed 17 1/2 years ago (got my money's worth out of that one!) finally gave it up... Same professional service with excellent results. Highly recommended to all.

In defense of my job for Rob A we enlarged the return duct and the supply duct for better air flow he had preexisting duct work issues in the space between the first floor and the second floor which were not resolved by this and increasing the size of the unit by a half ton. We went out to the property several times to address his concerns but regretfully we were unable to satisfy his concerns
We used Maranatha for 13 years for A/C repairs. Needed to install a new compressor, coil, & heater so naturally we went with Maranatha. Boy are we disappointed! The finished product is a sloppy installation. It looks like old units pieced and slapped together, not like something professionally installed and paid almost $7000.00 for! New unit doesn't cool any better than old unit and our attic will never be the same. Debris left all over attic, unit not properly supported, and cannot easily access the other side of the attic because of how they re-routed the ducting. After asking them to make it right, we were given a boatload of excuses, none of which can explain away the mess we are left with. We will never use or recommend Maranatha again. Maranatha is a Christian business, but shoddy workmanship doesn't reflect a Christian work ethic. BUYER BEWARE!
Can't recommend Mark @ Maranatha Heating and A/C enough. On time, explained repairs and left the parts. Cooling again!

I highly recommend this honest and reasonable company! We use them for all our heating and cooling services. Evap, AC and heating!
