Affordable, prompt, quick and clear communication, and excellent service. We contacted this company on recommendation and they did not disappoint. Our AC unit went out after the winter storm and they were quick to come out and assist us. It ended up being an electrical issue, but Anthony was still incredibly thorough in his diagnostic and was readily available for follow up questions. We will definitely continue to use their services in the future.
Our AC went out in the middle of summer. Anthony Maples was quick to respond to us, patching our existing, ordering a new on e, and installing it; all in the same week. The new unit is wonderful and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service.

They had no problem being very responsive to any an all questions I asked. Not only did they answer the questions but they ensured I understood the answers. They were on the job when they said they were going to be on the job and they focused on making sure the system was working properly before going on to another job. When they started this job it became their priority. I was so impressed with these people that I did a little research and discovered that Anthony Maples was consulted by SNAME to review their recommended practices for ship heating ventilation and air conditioning design calculations. You get more than an hvac system with Maples Environmental Services. With them you get reliable comfort.
Anthony responded quickly and was very informative about the system. In addition he quickly resolved our problem at a reasonable charge. Can’t thank him enough!

Received a prompt response to my email and scheduled an appointment within a week that was convenient with my schedule. Mr. Anthony Maples arrived on time and was able to diagnose my A/C system during the HVAC Performance and Operational Inspection. I was given the recommendation to add refrigerant on a warmer date and was not pressured to any additional sales pitches on equipment replacement/repairs. Upon a second appointment, my A/C system is running like new and my two bengal cats are enjoying comfort during an anticipated hot Houston summer.

Very competent and thorough in their work. Arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed. Courteous and after the job was done explained the job charges and took care of any warranty certifications etc.
