Super honest and very nice.
This is the second time I've used Mapes Plumbing for a plumbing issue. This time it was a clogged basement laundry room floor drain. David was able to squeeze me in same day! He explained the issue including pointing out a second location nearby that was clogged. He completely cleared the clog from both locations and charged a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Mapes Plumbing in the Rockford area.

Amazing service and friendly folks! Got a great deal on a water heater install that had a few surprises that they dealt with amazingly! Wanted to write a review as I was just going to give them a call to help install a new dish washer! Highly reccomend
We've contacted them twice for issues with a toilet. They were responsive, provided quality service, and were quite reasonable in price. Highly recommended!

Dave and his apprentice were "johnny on the spot" gave me a highest dollar/worst case scenario estimate then got at it before I even would've expected-did a little extra and still came in on the estimated budget👍👌
Had to have them come out twice to fix the same problem. The second call was due to an issue which they inadvertently caused and knew would be an issue but did not warn me about.
Wow! Such a helpful man. He was terribly busy when I called him with an issue with my hydro radiant floor and was unable to come out. He asked me to send him pictures of the system and helped me diagnose and fix the problem myself. We will be replacing this system soon and I will not hesitate to call him to do the work. I would highly recommend!!
They do whatever it takes to get something fixed going the extra mile!
Dave is the worst plumber ever. Came out to my house twice because of AHS and didn't fix anything. Does not know what he is doing so don't waste your time or money.. go somewhere else
Mapes plumbing does great work! They fixed my mother-in-law's drain problem and everything has flowing smoothly ever since. They were prompt, friendly, courtious, and very professional. The price was very competitive as well.
I've had this plumber out several times along with other plumbers as well and his quality of work and professionalism is beyond compare from many of the others in the area. He never over charges and goes above and beyond when he works with people. This is the only person I'd call to have work done on my house as I know it'll be done right and I'll get a fair price. I've had other plumbers out and their quality and professionalism does not even begin to compare to what Mapes is able to offer. He is the only one I'd recommend to any family or friends!!!
