Matt came out to our home in Yankeetown after we arrived there to find our a/c out. This was the day before Hurricane Ian was supposed to hit. He came out within a couple of hours, without price gouging, for an emergency repair. Truly appreciated!!!

Called Matt on Sunday about noon, he answered promptly and said he was with his family in Gainesville. He then told me he would be at my house by or about 4pm. He was there exactly when he said he would. He then fixed my AC in about an hour and change. He was very kind and professional and honest he didn't try to shiester me or anything like i have experienced with other businesses. He also gave me his personal # and said he stood by his work and would come back if I had any other problems, wich I haven't. I would reccomend him to anyone.

I had to call Matt for repair twice today, once after hours, both times he arrived within 30 minutes of my call. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and had no problem explaining how the system worked. Our AC condenser went out today and this guy came out in like 30 min. He knew just by looking at it what the issue was. He fixed it and it was affordable! Definitely recommend for quick and affordable AC repair.
Our Minisplit system was not keeping up with the heat. Mr. Fench came out the same day we called. Tested for leaks with both, a leak detector and bubbles. Put in some refrigerant and now it is cooling nice. Thank!
