Excellent, friendly service!
Furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. I called Darnell when they opened and he was able to come that morning to look over the furnace and thermostat. He then came back shortly to fix the issue. He was professional and knowledgeable.
Dee totally helped me out when my central AC went out. After calling several other places that couldn't get out until the following week, Dee came out the next day. He was on time and fixed my issue quicker than I could finish my beer waiting for him to do his thing. I was expecting the worse after reading the reviews from other companies. "You have to replace everything for lots of $$$$." Dee was absolutely an honest man and found I just needed a new capacitor which he had in his truck. Very reasonable rate considering he came out last minute and had my AC up and running in no time. Highly recommended.

I have to say that when our gas furnace was on the fritz my husband and I had 4 different companies come out to give us estimates to have it replaced. The numbers got higher and higher with each company that gave us estimates to just replace the heater. Fourteen thousand was the highest. We were horrified. Then I called Mallard's and I'm glad I did. Not only did Darnell come out immediately he gave us the best price at only 6,800.00 to replace the entire furnace, it also included central air conditioning come spring of 2020! Before you get ripped off by other companies wanting to charge an insane amount and replace things that don't need replacing like the duct work, call Mallard's. It's that simple. He is honest, very reasonable and trustworthy. I believe in supporting small business and you usually get a better job at a very fair price. N. Swigart
I have worked with Mallards Heating & AC for almost five years. Darnell has been extremely customer oriented, great service and provides great pricing. He does all the work himself and wants the best outcome no matter how big or small the project is. His services have included furnace replacement, water heater replacement, duct/furnace/water heater relocation and basic service appointments. He has done work at my fix/flips, my house and my neighbors homes too. He is just a great guy that cares. I fully recommend him for future customers.

Excellent service, courteous, professional and affordable. Called Sunday night, they came out looked at the problem, said they would be back Monday morning with the part to fix. Returned Monday morning and were done before 10am. I highly recommend them!
Mallard's Heating and Air provides the most reliable service and products, their knowledge is tremendous, and frankly I can't imagine why you would go anywhere else. Horrible Experience. Darrell came out and gave us a great price on a swamp cooler and furnace. We had him install it. However, a couple months later, the swamp cooler went out and an electrician found out the swamp cooler was wired horribly wrong and almost caught our roof on fire! We then got nervous and had another company come out to look at the furnace and it was all wrong too! Left us with a huge list of things installed incorrectly. (other company even mentioned they thought the motor was taken out of a different unit???) It may be cheap but its not worth having your house burn down.
