Maldonado Heating & Air. Marlon, came out to my residence today to install a TXV valve that he had ordered for my Trane HVAC unit. He received the part in a few days. (I was told by another qualified Trane company in town that they could not receive the part much less even find it? Wow!) He not only found the part, he came out immediately, after receiving it, and replaced the TXV valve, recovered freon, nitrogen tested the unit and pressured it back up with Freon. Excellent customer service, completed in a very timely fashion at reasonable price. I strongly recommend this company to anyone with AC issues. 100% customer satisfaction!.
