King ensured we didn't go without heat all weekend when we unexpectedly ran into issues with our system. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about what he does! I would highly recommend Makro Heating!
When we wanted to get new AC installed on the home we had purchased last year we got quotes from probably 10 people. Some were highly established, large companies. Some were just handymen who said they could do the install, and some were smaller companies like Makro Heating. King Mak came out and talked with me at length about the possibilities. After a lot of thought about what we wanted to do, my wife and I decided to go with King. We found him to be the most trustworthy and thorough of all the options. The only other place that we trusted cost significantly more. We have had our new heat pump and furnace installed for close to three weeks now and couldn't be more please... especially with this heat wave getting up to 111 degrees!
King was great. We’re so happy with our A/C install and had a delightful experience with Makro Heating. The initial consultation uncovered some other issues we had — animals biting through our return duct and a disconnected hose in our crawl space. It was a very thorough inspection. The install couldn’t have been any smoother; it was completed in a single day without issue. Definitely recommend!
King came in to our rental property to fix a few things in the house, including a furnace. He was on time, price was reasonable, he was kind and professional. He did a great job communicating with me and the tenants. I felt his experience and honesty really put me at ease. We will use him for all future projects and recommend him to all my friends!

King went above and beyond to make sure everything was functional with our HVAC system after determining we had faulty smart thermostat. Called manufacturer and found out issue and coordinated replacement part. Did not charge for return visit prior to figuring out root cause. Emphasis was assuring we were happy and not charging for multiple visits.
Very trustworthy, reliable company, the owner King did many jobs for me, wouldn't use anyone else. Reliable and professional company who knows what they're doing. I'm very happy with my service. i will use them for future projects in my house. recommend it
A friend of the family referred King to fix my refrigerator. I was skeptical but King was great to work with. He was willing to work over the weekend since that’s the only time we’re home. He was dedicated and so detailed-oriented that we hired him again the next month to service our furnace!!!!! All jobs are well-done with the most positive attitudes which make us come back to him again and again. So happy that he’s finally putting his business out there so other people can enjoy the same premium services that I had.
King from Makro has helped with furnace issue twice in the last 6 months. He is always great at communicating the issues and fixing them immediately. He is very reliable and responds to concerns very quickly. Very knowledgeable about the systems. Always receive professional and dependable service from Makro. Would highly recommend!
Just had King come over to fix my furnace issue and a furnace service. I have to say that this is probably the best service you can get! King is able to figure out the issue really quick so we don't have to suffer from the cold weather. He did an awesome job replacing the part and at the same time, he taught me a lot of knowledge on maintaining and how furnace works and how to fix some simple issues. King is a really nice, honest and professional person. Highly recommended!
