I put a claim in with AHS at around 10pm because my AC went out on one of the hottest days/nights of the year so far, and they were out to my house by 2pm the next day. I called them the morning to coordinate my appointment time and Make It Right worked with me to ensure they could get me in the same day. The tech was able to come by and get us up and running within an hour. Greatly appreciated, Make It Right, thank you!
I attempted to set an appointment multiple times. They would not show up and not call to let me know that they weren’t going to show up. Each time I called they would “apologize”, but would continuously do the same thing. I used American home shield so wanted to try a couple times but eventually went with another company.
Julian was nice to deal with & polite. He fixed my Furnace in very little time & even had the part on hand. Thank you.
Was assigned MAKE IT RIGHT by American Home Shield warranty to fix my A/C. They were supposed to call in 24 hours to schedule an appointment and didn't. We ended up calling 3 days later to schedule after still no call from them. They said they would come out the next day but then called day of to reschedule for Tuesday. Tuesday came and they never showed up. I got AHS to reassign my claim. 0/10 would not recommend.
AHS assigned this company over a weekend to fix my furnace (twice). Sergio was at my home first thing on Monday morning and of course a part had to be ordered. I figure it would be a few days, but it was fixed the next day!!! About a week later had issues again and my furnace was over heating, but Sergio was back out within a couple hours and fixed it again! Very prompt and very professional!!! Highly recommend!!!
Make It Right was assigned by AHS to fix my furnace which eventually ended up needing to be replaced and I decided to replace my AC at the same time. JR was easy to work with. Polite and very courteous of my space and time. He provided lots of updates and responded quickly to texts. It's been several weeks now and my new furnace is working great. I would recommend Make It Right.
Honest and professional, have used them for years, i trust his work and that he will get it done and warrant for any repaira.
This is the second time I have used make it right. I used them 3 years ago when my compressor went out and it was replaced within days as they needed to get the part. This time I had a whole unit that needed to be replaced.The owner personally came out and handled our house call, coming after hours to see what the problem was and replace the unit within days. Would highly recommend them.
I was assigned this company from my home warranty and they were great. Honest and reliable, instead of trying to scare us into buying a new furnace they fixed our issue and arrived within their scheduled time. Would recommend this company over the other company any day. That company wasn't at all PERFECT like their name says

The absolute worst repairman I have ever dealt, we have had no AC in our house for 3 weeks now. Its 90 degrees in our home with two newborns. The first time we called was on July 3rd, the man said he wouldn't come out that day since it was 4pm.....then said nothing could be done on the 4th do to the holiday. Then changed and said he would be out due to our small children. He wouldn't give me a time and I said I dont have access to my phone at work and gave him my wife's number. No one shows up or calls on July 4th. I call on July 5th, contractor blames me and said I gave him the wrong number. We set up a day on July 7th. My kids and wife have to stay at our inlaws for the time so my children dont overheat. I spend the next two nights in a 80degree home, with little sleep. Repairman shows up an hour past his scheduled time with no call, the inside unit is fixed and ac is returned. Come suhday the outside unit fan goes out. We call our American home sheild again to have make right dispatched. The contractor calls me with an attitude, stating he already fixed the unit and it should be working. I tell him now the outside unit isn't working and he continues to argue saying he didn't work on that so he didn't do anything wrong. I tell him I know that but now that is not working, I tell him the fan outside has stopped working. The contractor tell me he will be out Tuesday in the morning, but wont give me a specific time. I ask him to come sooner because of my kids safety. He refuses, come tuesday at 10am he still hasn't shown up or called. I call and he refuses to answer the phone and send it to voice mail. It rings a couple times and goes to voicemail, so he was screening my calls. 1pm rolls around, no sight of him, I call American home shield and they are unable to get ahold of him. 430pm comes and he says he will still be several hours, I tell him its 88 degrees in my house and children are unable to sleep and to come sooner. He disregards the safety of my children and
Make It Right was referred to me by my Home Warranty company. They were very prompt and punctual and paid great attention to detail. I was frequently called and texted with status updates in regards to a part that needed to be ordered as well as for future service visits. Overall excellent customer service.
My furnace died on January 30, 2018. When the first repair company, Eagle Air, never called me after American Home Shield referred me to them, I was quickly contacted by Israel at Make It Right. He was very polite & professional. I would recommend his company to anyone in the Minooka/Joliet area.
Israel is excellent. He fixed my air conditioner accurately and promptly when it failed on one of the hottest days we've had in years. He is extremely responsive. I would absolutely use his company in the future for my heating and air conditioner maintenance and repairs.
