We recommend it the strongest possible terms that you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. A year ago Majestic installed a top of the line heater and humidifier system in my home in Truckee. Upon start up this winter it was apparent that the humidifier system was not working. After numerous calls they finally sent a repairman to service the never before used unit. He failed to fix the problem and declared it to be a warranty issue. Numerous calls to the company did not result in any contact from them. Nothing. Another email, still nothing, finally a couple more calls to their answering service resulted in an email from the company president, one Michael Jafferian. In this email he told me that it is no longer convenient for his Truckee based company to make service calls in our area. He categorically refused to service the equipment that they had previously been paid for and installed, attempted to service and previously failed to repair. If you want to be treated this way then do business with this very disappointing company. If you want to be treated like a valued customer go almost anywhere else and I am sure that you will be better treated. Doug S Truckee
Unacceptable. My a/c unit that THEY installed has had nothing but problems. They've been here to "fix" it five times, only to have it break down again within a few days, and charged $178.00 every time.Also, I had a major emergency with a/c and called them seven times. 3 days later they call back and give me an appointment for a MONTH LATER. EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN ALL OF THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS ON THIS "BUSINESS" BEFORE TRUSTING THEM.
The crew at majestic heating is great professional and polite. Preston and Brandon do fantastic work in a timely manner. Local business matters to the community thanks guys!!
Lucas is very knowledgeable and very busy because they’re good at what they do. Had to wait weeks for the install ( summer) not needed quick. Cody did the removal and vent install on the weekend, great job ! Majestic rocks !
We have been working with both Andre and Aaron on our air conditioner. Throughout the process we have received great service, quick response, and have got all of our questions answered.
DO NOT CALL THEM, THEY ARE CROOKS. I called them to fix the heater. The tech came the second day and fixed the heater, they charged me a $150 for the visit. The heater worked for less than 3 days and stopped working, I called them again to check it, the tech came back and fixed it, and sent me another bill for $150 claiming that this was a different issue. It is unlikely that I will have 2 issues within 3 days. I tried to reason with them over the phone but they are so arrogant, they would cancel the bill.
The technician (Chris) that came out to our place was great. He arrived on time, quickly got the issue with our heater resolved and explained our options when we are ready to replace our current heater
