Buyer BEWARE! I had this company come out to my small business about our air conditioning not pushing out cold air. Their company come out and replaced a few things, about $1000, and we were on our way. 3 weeks later, our air conditioning isn't working again. We call back, the tech comes out, (with a horrible attitude, I'll add) and says we need to cut off our unit to unfreeze so he can DIAGNOSE what's going on. Fast forward to the next day, the company refuses to come out and says there's nothing we can do, that we need to replace our whole unit and that he won't come out, now that the unit has been off. We had two other companies come out, just to find out that there's NOTHING wrong with our unit, and that we need a simple FILTER change. A FILTER change that cost less than 100 bucks! It's a shame that contractors and skilled specialties have become such CON ARTISTS in 2023. Especially with small businesses! To quote a company for a completely new unit, solely, because your LAZY and refuse to come back out after specifically instructing a business to do something , says alot about this COMPANY. Just trying to make a buck instead of doing reputable work. I won't recommend this company to anyone I know, small business or residential. I won't ever do business with this company again, and I hope that regardless of what you are contacting them for, you re-consider as well.

UPDATE: I was finally able to reach someone by phone and have received service. As usual, the technician was fantastic in reviewing my HVAC system for issues and addressing them accordingly. I think the company may have to work on how it administers its annual tune-up service. I was never contacted for the bi-annual tune-up and had to make several attempts to schedule an appointment for this pre-paid service. _______________________________________________________ Background: In December 2021, I paid for Maintenance Unlimited Heating & Cooling's annual HVAC service, which is supposed to include 2 tune-ups a year. After my December maintenance, I was informed they'd be in touch to schedule my next tune-up BEFORE the 6-month mark. We are now close to 8 months since my initial payment and I have not been contacted. I have called, spoken with multiple representatives, left messages, sent email through their online Contact Us form, and no one has followed up to schedule my tune-up service.
Sean and his team are great ! They have worked on many heating, ac, and plumbing issues for me on my personal house and my rentals. He and his team are always courteous, on time, and price competitive. I appreciate them!
Incredible service! I purchased a new home in July of this year and the AC worked perfectly through the Nest thermostat for the summer. But when it started to get cold in October, I noticed the heat not working. I was referred to Maintenance Unlimited after checking my Nest unit for issues with their customer service team. I was able to make an appointment for the next day (thankfully because I was high key freeeeezing 🥶). The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify the wiring issue after looking at my furnace. He was able to educate me about my system, get the heat turned on, AND tighten my nest unit on the wall (it was falling out of the drywall from not being installed properly). Above and beyond service in a short time. Highly recommended.

Maintenance Unlimited is a full-service HVAC installation and repair company. I've had them work on a small rental portfolio for several years. They are responsive to service requests and their work is outstanding. I have had no call-backs on their work and their pricing is very reasonable. You can't go wrong with this company.
Sean installed a new system to replace my old one. His price and work were excellent and included a very good service agreement. My utility bills were instantly reduced. With any hiccups in the system, he or a member of his excellent team comes quickly. The whole group is very professional and courteous, which is important when people are working in your home.
I emailed them for a quote and got an instant response. Sean came out the same day and quickly identified the issue. I had a smart thermostat installed during the summer that was not compatible with my heating system. We self installed it, but ended up calling another HVAC provider to troubleshoot why the air would not come on. They never caught that it was not compatible with my heating system. Sean. installed a new thermostat and filter, in less than an hour, and all systems are back up running. I highly recommend. He was professional, observed social distancing guidelines and very fairly priced.
Maintenance Unlimited has been doing all my HVAC work at my houses for many years now. They have done eight complete system replacements for me. They are always reliable and do a great job and stand by their work. You should hire them for your job.
Sean came out swiftly to diagnose the issue with my HVAC unit. He's a pleasant personality who takes the time to listen to your concerns. He found (and showed me) large gaps between the pieces in my unit which the original installers had left unsealed. He explained how this can make my unit work much less efficiently and expedite the need to change my filter. I also inquired about fixing a friend's AC unit for which Sean created a next-day appointment! I recommend Maintenance Unlimited for their quality, fast service & kindness!
if there is a positive review on here, it's family or friend. beware. gougers. abusers. i called for service since my a/c wasn't working. the appt was set and all appeared well. i asked what the charge would be. the karen said it would be $69 for the service call to determine what the problem was, but if i elected to have the work done, the $69 would be applied to the repair cost. basically what that means is we'll come out and charge you whatever we want, but if you decline the abusive quote, we'll only bill you the $69. the guy shows up, shawn. seems like a nice kid. takes about 15 minutes to determine the capacitor was defective. Shawn has come across this problem before, since he had the part in his bag and immediately gave me a price of $315. gulp. really shawn? how much does this part cost. in allegiance to his company of crooks, he replied that he didn't know, but that was the price that the company charged. i said, if i look this up shawn, and its a $20 item, i'm gonna feel like you guys took advantage. again he said he didn't know the value of the part. ok buddy. obviously i need a/c, so go ahead. over the next 4 minutes of him laboring to plug the part back into the system, i did a big dumb dumb. i looked it up on google. thank goodness it wasn't $20.......it was $8. I called the company and i believe i got the exchange. took all the info. i explained everything calmly, but explained that i was taken advantage of. she said she would pass on the info and someone would get in touch with me. the next day, noon, i still hadn't heard anything. i finally called. the "karen" answered. i asked if she had heard about my situation. she said yes, but theres nothing to talk about. at that point, each time that i tried to speak, ask a question.... she would just talk over me. she told me that i had the option to decline the service when i was given the price. i explained that WE, the consumer, have to extend a certain amount of trust in those t

The serviceman who came was professional, and gave me options in various price ranges. I was able to select an option that worked for my budget and gave me the repairs I needed. I really liked that the money I spentt can be applied to a new unit. I was very pleased, would use this company again, and would recommend them.
I requested service from Maintenance Unlimited a few months ago. It was easy to schedule an appointment and everyone I interacted with was very professional. Darrell assisted me and was able to determine the problem with my AC very quickly as well as explain how the system was supposed to work. I liked that the company was communicative of what time the tech(s) would arrive and showed up as expected as well as keeping me informed on what was needed to fix the problem. I was pleased with their service.
Sean and his team have taken care of our HVAC needs for years. They installed a new system three years ago with Nest thermostats. He came out for servicing last week. Great job

The two A/C units in my house had decided to stop working within the last 3 years. I purchase both A/C units from Maintenance Unlimited Atlanta each summer. The technician teams from Maintenance Unlimited Atlanta had installed both with our 100% satisfaction and expectation. Also, I think their technicians were dispatched to come to our house for at least 3 or 4 times by our requests to check on some minor concerns and adjustment during the warranty period. Every service call was free of charge and prompt. I definitely recommend this company and their services.
