We've used Maintenance Man now for over a year for installs and troubleshooting. Gil and his team are always responsive, reasonable, and a great group to work with. We're very happy with their work and will be using them again.
The only HVAC company that I use. Very good. Honest.
Long story short, I was without AC for 4 weeks working with a home warranty co. and a local heating & cooling co. to get repairs done. I was referred to Gil on a Monday and had a brand system installed and running on that Thursday. From 4 weeks to 4 days. If you want knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and professional, go with Gil don't waste your time with anyone else.
For the last 5 years I have had the pleasure of working with Maintenance Man, Inc for all my HVAC needs. Most recent a new heater /AC unit for my sunroom. As always my expectations were exceeded. Thank so much for another great experience ! I’m excited to be able to use my sunroom all year now!
