This is the third time I've used maintain it for heating and air conditioning repair and maintenance. Bob is very professional, thorough and fair. This is a very trustworthy company. I wholeheartedly recommend this business.
I called Bob at 11am and he was at my home in 30 minutes to repair a cut wire in our AC unit. Bob cleaned out the whole unit and fixed the exposed/cut wires. He was very knowledgable, kind, polite, and honest. I would highly recommend Maintain It to any and everyone! The price for his trip and labor was very fair. Will definitely be using Bob when we need to replace our AC unit in a couple years. Good honest guy that you can trust!

Update: we’ve had Bob to the house 3 times now for maintenance and repair and every time has been great, it’s truly a pleasure to find someone who knows their business, enjoys their work, is on time and executes quickly. 100% happy repeat customer. Update July 2020, Bob quoted/installed our new AC in June (with removal of old unit etc) and it’s been outstanding (it works wonderful!) very quiet and attractive unit. The work was finished in a day, the men who installed the unit were like Bob, very pleasant and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable having them in my home. A week later they replaced the AC and furnace for my neighbors across the street and they’ve been equally delighted with the results. I care a lot about the energy people bring into my home and so I just want to emphasize how kind and accommodating (this is the time of the coronavirus) and efficient every one involved was, all of them gentlemen, thank you so much! Maintain It! Bob and the men he works with have my highest recommendation.

My house was for sale and during inspection it was detected a gas leak around my furnace. My real estate agent suggested two companies that gave me "really" expensive estimates. That's when I remembered Bob who came here last year to check on my HVAC. Fantastic professional! Prompt service! BEST price! Highly recommend Maintain It!. No more leaks!
I HIGHLY recommend Maintain It! LLC, and it because of Bob! My central AC went out the week before the heatwave, and it was an unexpected cost! Before he even came out, Bob suggested I call the last service I used to see if they would come for free, and when he came, he cut me a really good deal on the service call because it was discovered I needed an new install. The price was the most fair ($2000 less than a different companies quote), he did not try to up-sell, and even tried to save me money. The install was quick and complete. And when I had some difficulty with old equipment removal (my own fault), Bob problem solved and took care of it for me. NO charge. He is fair and honest! We are cool and comfortable!
Bob of Maintain It! just left, performed a thorough inspection and maintenance of my AC, furnace and humidifier. He gave patient mini-lessons for all for my "How does that work?" questions, and great advice for how to do simple homeowner maintenance items myself. Prompt service, expert work, fair price, and not one bit of trying to "sell" me anything. In fact, he tried to save me money (I bought an AC capacitor that he said could have waited a while anyway). This is the type of straightforward "good value" local service we all want in our address books.
Bob came out right on time and immediately diagnosed the problem with my furnace. He was more than fair and did an excellent job. In my experience, it is very difficult to find a contractor this skilled and honest.
Bob is a fantastic human being! I came home from work to a freezing cold house, with the temperature outside in the negative digits. I called him right before he was set to close and he walked me through some steps that actually got my furnace up and running; however, it quit on me again overnight. I woke up with my house at 50° and called Bob immediately when he opened. He came right over and assessed the situation, went and picked up a new motor and installed it for me. Within a couple of hours he had me back up and running. This ordeal has taught me the importance of yearly furnace maintenance. I will definitely have him come back in the spring for an AC tuneup and in the fall for a furnace tuneup. I’d highly recommend his service to others. Thanks Bob, you’re AWESOME!!
I had the blower motor on my furnace begin to vibrate and make a very scarey noise. Everyone I called was trying to schedule me 6 days out. I found Maintain it! LLC and gave a call, Bob answered and let me know he'd be able to shoot by the same day. Service call was a fraction of the cost compared to my options. Bob showed up and shot me straight, detailing the steps I should take to get it covered under warranty. His advice saved me over $400! Dealing with Bob and Maintain It! LLC was like dealing with a family member or friend I've known for years. The world needs more Bobs out there. Thanks again my friend, you have a customer for life!
AC compressor went out overnight. Bob responded to an email before I'd finished my first cup of coffee and had the AC fixed before 9:30am. Incredibly knowledgeable, outstanding customer service and super responsive. I highly recommend Bob and Maintain It!
I hired Bob with Maintain It! to install a split system a/c unit. He also checked my furnace to perform yearly maintenance on it. I was totally satisfied. He has worked on my house and the homes of my family. Honest, dependable, and I know the best of all, in my opinion, is that he’s not going to sell me anything I don’t need. Never had an inkling of deception. We’ve had other companies do work on our homes and I don’t always feel settled about what they say we need so I think that’s super important. I recommend Maintain It!
