They never showed up for the estimate! Guess they are too busy...
Our 30 year old furnace quit on us, and after getting no response from a couple of other nearby heating places due to Covid, Raj was willing to come out and inspect the furnace the same day. After the inspection and recommendation to replace the entire unit he didn't charge me anything for the visit, and sent over several furnace options for me to choose from, all of which were less expensive than anticipated. I chose my unit and Raj and one other person came out and got rid of my old furnace and had the new one up and running in a few hours. Raj never pressured me for a sale and was always polite and responsive. Awesome experience!
I can't recommend enough Main Air. Doing big jobs in the core systems of your house can be daunting. Raj and his team came in and looked at current systems and house, listened to my objectives and designed a system to meet those with a clear quote & price. Even with a challenging job (eg: cramped spaces, complex design with aux systems, concurrent electric jobs, etc) the team did an outstanding job with a "can do" attitude and profesionalism. Overall job came in on price with little surprises and passed all permit inspections. If you have a HVAC job to do, look no further. I'll certainly reach back out for any future needs.
