Spent a lot of money to have a new furnace and new AC installed in the last year. New furnace quit working in January, only 2 months after install in November, and required a service call from another company to fix. We were foolish enough to think it was a fluke and hired them to do the AC in June. Now the system is making a horrible rattling noise and they are asking for $160 to come take a look. It's been less 5 months since they installed the new system. I don't recommend this company.
Mike's heater/ac installation was great and well within my limited budget. When a problem arose, due to our error, he came out and took care of it and did some extra taping of wires. Personable and professional, I recommend him and will keep his number handy if I have issues with my water heater, fireplace, or ductwork.
Horrendous experience. The guy laughed at me as I was setting up my estimate because my "address is fake" despite the fact that I could see them working on a house across from mine and told him that which he said "yes we are working on that house. But the address you gave me is non-existent. It's fake. And I don't believe you" after a 10 minute argument about my address he finally went ahead and scheduled the appointment. Fast forward to the day of the appointment. I had not received a follow-up call, text or email prior to the day or ever on the day. They never showed up to give an estimate. Highly unprofessional and would never recommend!!
Super satisfied with the service from Mike. He and his assistant were able to fit me into their schedule quickly and sorted out the issue in one visit. Their fee was really reasonable and they even helped me out with leveling the pad my AC sits on. Great experience, and I'll definitely call them first next time any part of our HVAC system needs attention.
Very satisfied with maintenance on our gas furnace by Mike’s crew. Much more thorough than the company we had been using. We will be relying on Magic Mike for our furnace work.
Very professional and did a great job
Very, very satisfied! We had a problem with one of our trunk lines disconnecting under our house, causing three vents to stop working. Mike came out and immediately went into the crawlspace (not a fun job) and had it fixed within an hour. The appointment was super easy to setup, they called to remind us the day before, and Mike texted when he was on his way. And the price was more than fair. Can't ask for more than that! Will definitely be using them again in the future.

On 11-8-2021 I reached out via telephone to Mike's Heating and Cooling about a possible furnace issue. My Nest thermostat was reporting a possible problem in which the furnace was not heating. I had not noticed any issues but figured it may be time to have the system inspected. I was told by the person who answered the phone I should schedule an annual maintenance as furnaces require annual maintenance and mine had not been serviced since the home was built in 2018. An appointment was scheduled for 11-12-2021 between 1000-1200. Mike texted at about 0930 to let me know he would be there around 1000. Mike arrived shortly after 1000. I explained the issue and Mike joked with his partner that they were taking bets on the way over that the issue was likely being caused by a clogged furnace filter. I explained that I regularly change my furnace filter and it was likely pretty clean. I let Mike know that I work nights and asked if I could go back to bed. Mike told me to please stay up so he could come find me in case anything needed to be done beyond the initial furnace maintenance. I waited up and saw Mike and his partner several times over the next hour. After about 45 minutes Mike came downstairs to where I was working on my computer to let me know that everything was looking good and that they'd be done pretty soon. After 1 hour and 10 minutes Mike came down with an extensive invoice for $260 which was double the original furnace maintenance price. Mike told me nothing was broken but he had made some adjustments to the zone dampers to prevent overheating which is what caused the additional $130 charge. I was frustrated and told him I had specifically waited up in case anything else needed to be done so that he could check with me first as he had specifically requested I remain available for this purpose. Mike explained that he had simply "rolled right into" the damper adjustments but that he would have spoke to me first if he had found a broken part. I asked if I c
Mike was awesome. He ensured I received the coverage for a questionable warranty, offered to provide a space heater while we waited a couple of days for a part, and then made extra time to install the part when it wasn’t ideal with their hours. I highly recommend them!
The owner is quite negative. Very negative.
Mike was very helpful with an air conditioning problem during the heat wave. He repaired the problem when another ac repair outfit said that if should be replaced. Saved a lot of money with Mike's repair work.. He does excellent work at a very decent price!
Mike has been servicing/maintaining our home's HVAC heating & cooling system for over a year now. Highly professional, knowledgeable, responsive and does great work at a very competitive price. I have been so impressed that i have signed up for an ongoing maintenance contract
My son and I have both used Magic Mike's for our residences. We are now using them for commercial repairs. I would highly recommend them.
This is a great company. Mike came to my home to go over my needs and customized my new HVAC, HALO Air Purifier and water heater to provide the things that were important to me. Garrett led the team for the install and they were all on time, professional and friendly. They kept everything really clean while working. This company is a pleasure to work with. At one point a few months later Mike came out to check on the system for me as I was not sure that something was on. (it was, I just couldn't see it) Mike came out himself and as always was friendly and helpful.
Overall a great experience!
This was the second appointment set and the second no show. I don't know why my warranty company keeps contracting with them.
Nice guy and girl. Addressed the issue and got our AC working right. The most important thing for me is honesty and value and I feel they were both honest and provided their service at a reasonable price.
