Their customer service is A1, very respectful. Very Professional in every aspect. I had new duct work done and installed a new hvac unit and they got the job done. Very satisfied with there work… wouldn’t go anywhere else for my heating and cooling needs
I’ve used them twice so far and they are really honest! I had two other technicians before them tell me that my AC and furnace either couldn’t be repaired or would be super expensive but they did it for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
they came out back to back weeks and serviced my cooler and ac units. very happy with the service and happy they were able to make it out on a very hot day
We’ve worked with them on several occasions. Out of the many subcontractors we’ve worked with, they’ve proven to be some of the most dependable, honest, and responsive folks time and time again. When our unit went out recently, they were the first ones we called. They were able to secure a unit and have it installed within the week. We plan to continue working with them into the future.

I highly recommend Magic he responds very quickly. I was able to get my furnace and AC unit replaced within the same week I called for an estimate which he was able to beat my other two estimates I received from others and giving me a better brand . Very clean and efficient completed the job within a day and addressed my concerns. He even moved my AC unit a few feet over while the other 2 companies made it seem impossible and charge a ridiculous amount. Thank you Magic for your quick efficient and cleanliness service.
Great job… VERY Professional….I had 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners installed by them. Could not have asked for better service. Their installers are not only friendly and respectful they are masters in their job. I am very well pleased with both of my furnaces and air conditioners.. A company I would highly recommend to anyone!

We had the luck of finding Magic Heating and Cooling after the flooding in Hamtramck in the summer of 2021- they were immediately responsive and able to repair our tenants furnace and our water heater at a very reasonable rate. We recently called upon Magic Heating and Cooling to replace our furnace and install AC in our new home, and the crew completed the job in half a day. I cannot recommend this company enough, always informative, reasonable, and astounding service.

This guy is very kind he will do anything to make you happy he fixed my heat for a reasonable price and then he made up his mind they gave me a discount on the furnace if I were any to call him he is also a licensed guy you should hire him he will do the best he came to my house and did the furnace did not take him over a day he only took about 2-3 hours and but it’s a clean job and he will clean after him self not like other people don’t even bother to clean up after there self I know this guy from 2016 he is professional you guys should hire him he will do the best work once he says he comes he comes not like people come for one day then come back 2months later try him the best guy.
