Work that is excellent and highly qualified. Quick but really thorough. The two experts who worked on our vent system were very respectful and kept me updated at all times. They restarted our air conditioner, and the outcomes were wonderful and immediate.
They showed up on time, they showed great care. Gave me before and after pictures. Did an excellent job. I really appreciate these guys.

The technician was honest about the problems with the plywood and the present price hikes. Throughout the process, had great communication, and was able to combine crews to finish a two-day project in one day. I heartily endorse it.
We used these people again, and the service was outstanding. A cursory investigation of the ducts in the house we just bought revealed a lot of dust. It probably hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The cleanup work by this staff was amazing. They arrived on time and with good manners.
Really good duct company to work with
Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional. The cleaners were respectful to us and our home. We were offered additional services but without any pressure. We opted to have our bathroom vent and dryer vent done at the same time as our ducts. We're very pleased with the service!
The quote was immediate when I called. Office stated that it wouldn't be more than the quote but might be less depending on how many registers I had...well, it ended up less and the crew did a good job, came on time, cleaned up well after.
Had a really great experience with this Air duct today. Our tech was the best. Professional, friendly, thorough, and efficient. We will definitely be using them again for regular duct cleaning. Definitely recommend.

My request for an estimate to clean the air ducts received a prompt response from the professional, who also helped me set up a time for the project later that day. He was punctual, incredibly cordial, and professional. He knew what he was doing and performed a great job on the air ducts. He offered good advice on how to enhance the venting without being aggressive or upselling. Regards, gentlemen!
The air ducts in my house now i can confidently say were clogged after years of neglect!the air in the house was all stuff and once in while someone was having a cold or sinusitis or so we thought!I contacted these guys to see what they would do and they turned to be exactly what we needed in the first place!very capable and efficient !They work they did is worthy every recommendation !

After 26 years, we had the ducts and vents cleaned. The before and after pictures that the tech showed us were incredible. For this service, I would strongly recommend Dirty Ducts. It was an incredible experience.
I got the Duck out of my filthy ducts! Before and after pictures showed how they cleaned up what the previous owners NEVER did, i.e. take care of the place. These guys breathed new life into a run-down house. You guys did a fantastic job! Thank you very much!

Madison Air Duct Cleaning was very professional and timely. Jean walked me through the process over the phone so I knew exactly what they would be doing. We are so very happy to have found such a great company so soon as we recently purchase a new home that had 2 cats and 2 dogs living there. Our vents were filthy!
