Several years ago, we were in need of an air conditioning system to cover the square footage of our home. We chose Madison Heating and Air Conditioning Services to install the system. They came out quickly and accessed our needs and recommended the best air conditioning unit for us. Their price and service were great. Installation of the system was done on a timely basis. Everything was completed as contracted and done professionally. We have not experienced any problems nor malfunctions with our system since it was installed. Excellent service for HVAC installation and servicing. Our home has been comfortable in the winter and summer months. Any servicing we needed or any problem that arose was researched and resolved as quickly as possible.
My experience with Madison A, Heating A/C was an amazing experience. Mr. Madison was observed to be very honest, very professional and very reliable. Madison answer all my questions. Mr Madison replaced my air conditioner. He was very honest and professional The new unit works great. I had an issue with my heater and called him. He showed up the same day and quickly got it working again. Highly recommended Madison!
I am writing the review based on my parents experience with Madison A. Heating & A.C. and Mr. Madison. My parents have "known" him for many years, but this is the first experience with Madison A Heating & A.C. services. My parents did not want to go forward with this review, but after much consideration, I had to. I would hate for someone else to have a similar experience without insight into how it could turn out. Also, Mr. Madison took no accountability, was blatantly unapologetic and threatened to take my parents to court after his poor performance. There are three things that I look for in a contractor or when considering utilizing a business for services: cost, schedule and performance. My father needed the project completed in a certain time frame as he was going to have surgery. Mr. Madison underbid the project and did not completed it by the agreed upon completion date. In addition, Mr. Madison cut holes and removed drywall, but did not repair them after he installed the heating & cooling units. The air conditioning pipe was installed inside my parents closet and not in the ceiling as discussed prior to installation. It was a complete eye sore (if I can upload photos - I will). He left their home looking terrible, with holes in the ceiling and did not clean up after himself. He left things undone (and in worse condition than when he arrived), when my parents requested he complete the work prior to getting his final payment, he stated he was not going to repair them and was going to put a lien on their home. He only made the repairs after he called in an inspector (of his selection) and the inspector stated that things needed to be done up to code and requested he make the repairs. For the drywall repairs, he stated that he was not a drywall man and my parents had hire someone to come in to fill the holes that he left behind. He expected them to pay, to put thing back the way he found them at the start. He also told my parents during the estimate a
