I have had Madera HVAC do work on 5 different properties. Always rapid response and repaired quickly.
We had this company install a new HVAC system in our house 3 months later it is out , Miguel sent someone our and he said he didn't know what was wrong day 2 Miguel won't return my calls do not use these guys they do not stand behind their work terrible , I had to hire someone elscome in and fix it which of course cost me. Bery unprofessional the guy he sent had no ide what he wS doing I will have to sue to recover what I am out by the way its 20 degrees out

My home AC went out on a super hot day. Madera was available immediately, took great care of me, and was very nice while working. Even hosed down my AC unit to ensure no significant buildup of junk! Could not possibly be happier. These guys will absolutely be my first call in the future.
It took them FOUR DAYS to do the install of a new A.C. unit and only spent a total of one entire work day on it the entire time. They never told us when they planned to stop by to work. We never knew if They were coming back or not. I work from home and as I am working, I see someone walking down my hallway and go into my bathroom. I said hello and a lady came out startled and said she didn't know anyone was home and asked to use the bathroom!! Not professional at all !! They unplugged things and didn't plug them back in. Knocked things over and didnt pick them back up and left all the empty boxes and trash for us to clean up.
