Wanted to thank Made New for coming over and replacing our furnace. Not only was Melq clean, ontime and a complete professional but he was extremely knowledgeable and walk us through some of the things that can cause issues and how to avoid them. Thankyou so much for getting us back in buisness. We now have a new HVAC tech moving forward.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Mel was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. He was always on time and immediately returned my calls and texts. I would definitely use him again and refer him to all my friends and family. I can't say enough good things about the service he provided. He came back a few times at no charge to make sure everything was working properly. He even gave me new air filters for free! Such a warm and genuine person which is very rare these days!
Mel and his team from Made New Heating & Cooling by far went over and above my already high expectations. I had used a large, well- known company for the past several seasons who recently failed to offer good service once my system went down. Mel was always extremely professional in our pre-planning and estimating meetings and was very prompt with answers and return messages before the work was started. They showed up exactly on time on the day of my install and were very meticulous with every detail from removing my old system, prepping the necessary items, cleaning up as they did the work and then started and ran my new system until everything tested out properly that same day. In addition, Mel stayed to review the operation of all the equipment and then conducted a follow up meeting the next day to confirm that all of the work was done in accordance with our original plan. Lastly, Mel completed my rebate paperwork from UGI, showed me where to sign and even gave me an addressed envelope to mail in my rebate. I'm now enjoying my second week with my new, high efficiency Heil HVAC System and the two Nest Pro Thermostats are the best that I've ever used. This system has greatly enhanced my quality of life as well as increase my home's value, I'm completely satisfied and highly recommend Mel and his team from Made New Heating & Cooling. B Alston
He was very professional and listened to my needs. His pricing is fair when compared to other competitors. Performed the job in a timely manner. He kept everything neat and clean. The job was done as he explained and all outdoor work has a clean look. Would definitely recommend to anyone and use him again for any future projects.
