American Home Shield sent this guy out to repair my dryer. He fixed one roller when all were seized, then when I called he made appointment after several tries then called five minutes later to cancel because of snow. Have called the warranty company and he still won't return calls. Worthless
Service is straight trash.
Company is a vendor for American Home Shield and repaired dishwasher after a couple trips but in the process caused a minor issue with pipe connected to plumbing. It caused a slow drip in the back of my cabinet that wasn't detectable. I just had hardwood floors finished and the leak went underneath my floors and has caused them to curl up. I spoke with one gentlemen and he said he'd call me back when he gets to office, no call. I've called several times since and left voicemail with no return call.
Very good experience with my dryer repair. Very nice guy and seemed very knowledgeable, came out very quickly and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and was back within a week to install. Would recommend.
Dishwasher unfixed. Hired another company to repair. Dont waste your time.
The owner Steve did the service call. Very nice man and knew what he was doing!
If it were possible to give zero stars I would. This man is one of the rudest pieces of trash I've ever met. He showed up 2 hours late and claimed that I had the wrong information (even though I had emails to prove him wrong, yet he still yelled in my face and called me a liar.) He broke my furnace beyond repair when all it needed was a new blower he said. He claimed the parts house wouldn't sell to me and still tried to charge me $700!!! When I went to Arrow Cold Control (even though he claimed no one would sell to me because I wasn't certified) and bought the blower for a little over a hundred and had someone else install it. All he does is complain and tries to steal your money.
These guys were on time. They were really nice and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company for your appliance repairs
