MacTech truly came in through for us when our AC decided to stop working unexpectedly during the blistering heat of summer! We reached out to them to see if there was any way they could make it out last minute to see what was going on and they were very professional and prompt as well. Thanks to them our two dogs didn’t have to suffer being in the house without AC while we had to be out for work. Would highly recommend everyone to reach out to them for any AC needs!

My condenser stopped working. I left a message with MACTech and they called me right away. Their service professional was in my home within the hour. He was thorough, explained everything to me, and I felt reassured that he was being honest with the diagnosis and the recommended repair. I am an extremely satisfied customer and will use them for all my AC needs going forward.
Christopher was very polite and very professional. From the very first time he came to give us an estimate he seemed to be super honest and trustworthy. I felt secure to leave Christopher and his guys at the house as my family and I left to give them space to work freely. I highly recommend their services!
Chris did a fantastic job of communicating with us about our AC unit. We had AC maintenance done today and it turns out that we really needed it! They are honest, punctual, reliable and even showed us how to keep our AC water duct clear line every month to avoid build up! Outstanding company! I’m so glad I found them. Office staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and got me scheduled right away. Chris came out and was so professional and friendly. He explained the entire process as he went along and made it very clear what was wrong with our system. As he was fixing it, our AC started working better right away! He was amazing! This is a new house to us and I’m so glad we found our permanent AC company! I can’t recommend MACtech enough!

Chris came out immediately when I called them with a leak and wet carpet by my handler. Quickly diagnosed and cleared up the clog and got my AC running smoothly again. Fair pricing and a family owned company.
Chris has always been there for me and my family. As soon as something goes wrong and I text him, he immediately responds within a few minutes and has always been able to come out to help the same day or within 20 minute.
