From the first time I used them, found this company not only to be very knowledgeable about their work, but they are honest and that says a lot these days!!
Poor service. Was on my private property today July 27,2022. And drove across my land and destroyed property. Didn't care and sped away. Would not hire.

When I called to set up a service call for an A/C repair, Marc was very accommodating and put me on the schedule for the next morning. Before my appointment I received a reminder text message letting me know that the technician was on his way and that the company was taking COVID-19 precautions. I really appreciated that. The service tech Eric arrived on time and was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. He explained the problem clearly and what repair he recommended. He did not try to sell me any unnecessary parts or services. My A/C was fixed in a timely manner and is working great! It is such a relief to find a reliable and honest company. I will definitely keep Macro Mechanical in mind for any of my future HVAC needs.
If you would like a family feel, take care of the issue and a completely honest contractor to help you with your situation, throw away any other number you searched or were referred too. Marc and company, will make you feel as if you were a technician in the trade and educate you on the current situation you’re in. Things arise at the worst moments, and it’s even worse when you see the bill, but the repair is a must at the time. Marc, took the time to explain why and what was needed to repair my situation at the time, with me already having another company look at my unit and diagnose my situation, I went with Macro because of the honesty and knowledge he left me with. I did save money, and my family event was a success, but most important to me, was that I walked away felling that I spent my money in the right place during a time I wasn’t prepared to spend money. All in all, I’m very great full to experience there are companies still available, to be honest and get the job done. Thank you Marc.
Using this company has been the best experience with my heating getting repaired. I have dealt with air conditioning companies in the past, and the prices are always really high, to have the same problem a few months later. After calling this company we haven't had any issues with the heater, and my utilities show how efficiently everything is running, and the prices were very reasonable, thank you, Marc.
