Wanders and his team installed our new unit and saved us a ton about three years ago. Since then we have had him out to install a second thermostat and damper for my upstairs. Today they came out when my blower quit working. They determined it was a bad circuit board and the cost was covered under warranty. Great service form Wanders and team.
We are more than pleased with Wanders and his MSG Company. He has come out on a few hours notice, even on week-ends when he could be with his family. He is professional, fair, honest, kind. He has gone above and beyond for us, please call him for your HVAC needs !

Project has been completed as expected, performed by M.S.G Heating and Air, LLC; is best. If there are other superlatives to describe this company I will use it. AWESOME team! Early on the initial engagement, I was impressed how Wanders presented the economics between repair and replacement and their assessment long term between the 27 year old work horse vs. the new unit. I am a retiree who had been managing a number of projects and rule of thumb is to get three RFQs. I did go that far and I awarded the project to M.S.G. Rationale: M.S.G is selling their brand not the equipment brand; translation you can sense HONESTY and CUSTOMER CARE, apparently nowadays hardly to come by. INDEED IMPRESSIVE! Due to logistics issue, possibility that it may take week to get the new unit; I mentioned “So we will be feeling the hot, humid air in the house? Nope; he checked the unit. He found out that charging will temporarily provide comfort for a week until new unit is installed whereas the first contacted service provider; R22 is hard to find and replacement evaporative coil is $4K some. If there is no Google to search I may believe it. By the way, in two days not a week he got the new unit installed and it has been operational. First vendor, looks like serving the entire USA is pushing for a new unit without explaining the Whys. Our AC went out and we were having out of town guests that weekend staying with us. We needed a new unit fast. I still did my due diligence and got 4 other quotes. None of which were able to install in less than a week. Wanders and his crew delivered. I met with Wanders on Wednesday and he said that he could have a new unit installed next day (Thursday). Next day came, they were a little late, but promised that they would get the new unit installed. They were there until 9:00 PM getting the new unit installed and did a great job. Very pleased with the unit and service. Wanders was great to work with. Highly recommend!
They are amazing! I wanted to get ahead of the issue and replaced the furnace and AC. The crew was awesome from beginning until the end. Wanders explained all of my options and made everything easy to understand. They were prompt and super efficient! I would definitely recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs.
MSG Heating & AC rocks. The owner, Wanders was awesome. He was very professional, personable and repaired our system in short time to get our heat back up. My Dad is in the HVAC business but not here in NC, so I had an idea of what was wrong and the costs before he came out. He was right on with the diagnosis & estimate. I wouldn't trust any of the big companies around here and rather work with small businesses like MSG. Hopefully I don't need to see MSG again soon, but when I do, they will be the one I call.

My AC had been out a week and temperatures were in the lower 90s to upper 80s. I called M.S.G. Heating and Air. They were willing to drive over 50 miles to come to my house when other HVAC places said that I was out of their area. He talked with me over the phone to see what the problem was and told me he would give me a good deal. After arriving, he had diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes then explained why it wasn't working. He got the part that I needed and installed it fast. The price was GREAT. Extremely low for the part + labor...I had been told by another HVAC guy that it would be expensive to repair. M.S.G. are straight shooters. I would definitely recommend using them. M.S.G. are straight shooters. My experience with them was a blessing.
These guys are fantastic - Great work, well done. Affordable and careful. My HVAC died right before the pandemic - I needed someone reliable and trustworthy. These days you never know what you're getting. I can tell you, I don't write many reviews, but my experience with M.S.G. was so positive I had to write this. I also waited for several very hot days to make sure the system truly works. I'm here to tell you - it does. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable, and quality HVAC pro - M.S.G. is who you need to call. They are now my guys for life.

Our HVAC unit was called out on an inspection during the sale of our house. I contacted multiple companies to come out and look at the unit. Most wanted to come sell us a new unit upgraded unit or add fluff into the quote. Some even told me it would take them a week to get to me. Wanders and his team made it to my house in 30 minutes, heard what was needed and had a quote in my hand 15 minutes after arrival. Other companies took days to get back to us. Not only was the price extremely fair the speed and efficiency of the process helped to not delay the sale of the house. When I contacted them to get the unit installed the only delays were due to the inclement weather. Today I’m sitting here in a nice warm house and the buyers have a brand new unit. Win Win. I would recommend MSG for all you cooling and heating needs.
