It's really hard to find a good air duct cleaning service, but M&R Ducts & Vents Cleaners is the real deal. They use modern equipment and their cleaners are experts. Plus, they're dedicated to providing great service. I'm definitely a happy customer!👌
I actually run a small company in the east valley, and I reached out to the owner for a second opinion to double check something I was working on and I can say I was very surprised by his willingness to help me out , and the tech he sent Greg was amazing as well.... from the few hours I spent dealing with his team I could tell they are exceptional people...
Can’t say enough good things about M&R Refrigeration. Earlier this summer had an A/C failure. Matthew was out the same day and diagnosed the repair. Unit was over 20 years old so I asked for a replacement vs repair. Within a few days we had a new system installed. Amazing difference in my electric bill! Worked fantastic all summer. Then the system wouldn’t output heat during the first start after a cold night. Once again I called and had same day service. Jesse diagnosed and repaired the issue, all under warranty. Totally pleased with their customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend giving them a call.

The driver of one of their vans decided the rules of the road didn't apply to him, got in the wrong lane and cut off a line of people who knew how to drive. This business should train their employees to not drive like idiots when operating a vehicle with their name and phone number on it.
I cannot say enough good things! My AC has been broken for 3 days and finally I found this company who was able to come out sameday and easily fix my AC. I'm so thankful for the quick, prompt service. Greg, our tech was also awesome.

We had M&R replace an older Goodman unit with a new system. The install crew was personable and most efficient. Very professional craftsman. Quote of unit was what was charged - no "ups". Financing was quick and easy. Couldn't be happier with the results. Five stars all the way!
Advertises military discount and will not honor, nice way to retain veterans in the area of military community. Overpriced priced flat rate fees for swollen capacitor replacement. This is a 30 minute job max, screwing people on overpriced labor is shameful and ridiculous....we'll go elsewhere next time. Additionally, there is nothing to discuss Matt. You are ripping people off charging $450+ to change a $45 (or less) capacitor. You should be ashamed of yourself and these business practices.
I have used M&R refrigeration for over 3 years. They are always sooo good. I had to call them because of a noise from my a/c and they were here at eight in the morning. Daniel was very professional, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. This is an excellent company.
Daniel came out to my house today after my AC unit quit working. He was able to get there soon after calling. This was big on a 115 degree day and after calling 20+ different companies who could not come out until days later. Daniel was quick to diagnose, offer a solution, and fix the problem. He was professional, respectful, and thorough. Would use this company again. Thanks so much!
There are no words for what this company did in my home. All brand new AC installation, they redid all of my duct work, evened out all air flow. Great pricing, great warranties. The owner showed up which you never see. Very nice people. I highly recommend M & R Refrigeration for any new AC. By far the best AC company I've ever worked with.
I had a great time and experience with this company today . Woke up to no cool air after a big rain storm and called about 10 companies but no help since it was after business hours and considered and “emergency service. However I reached out to M&R and was on the phone with them right away and had a great tech troubleshooting within 30 minutes. Wanted to show my appreciation for this company & Tim,the technician who got everything back up and working great. Hard working , professional and very willing to help. I am happy to support a good company with good people who work for them. You don’t get quality work and good people often so if that’s what’s you value , use them ! Thanks again Tim/ M&R
Oscar Rinco showed up to my home. In response to a AC repair call. He was very professional. And got to work right away. After trouble shooting the system he figured out what was wrong and fixed it. I recommend this company to anyone who doesn't want to get taken advantage of. Thanks Guys.
My AC went out this Monday over the Holiday weekend. I placed a call to M&R and within an hour Daniel was out servicing my unit. Unfortunately for me, my compressor was blow. Immediately Daniel was able to tell me that my unit was still under warranty and he would contact Trane and take care of everything for me. After two very long days of hard work and unexpected bumps along the way Daniel fixed my AC (took two days because of the Holiday, Trane wasn't open). The entire time he remained calm, professional, and patient. He explained everything in detail, making it easy for me to understand. Thanks to M&R, I am "comfortable" at home again. Great customer service, truly recommend.

I have a two year old system that stopped working. Was certified in HVAC back in the early 90's however didn't entertain that field of work. When I contacted the original installer that installed for the homebuilder I let them know I believe the capacitor went bad (15 minute repair). They told me they could schedule a tech out in three weeks, I just laughed. I then did a really quick on-line search and found M & R. I left a voicemail on the number provided, sent a text as they asked, and even got on their website and sent in a request for service. Matthew called back with 15 minutes. I let him know what I thought it was. He said our home was in his line of path when starting his day. He showed up within 45 minutes of my initial contact, replaced the capacitor within 5 minutes of arriving. Handed him payment and thanked him very graciously for doing what he did. After being in the homebuilding industry for 30 yrs in Tucson, Matthew is an excellent and responsive business owner here in Surprise. I won't use anyone else for HVAC concerns moving forward. Matthew, thank you for taking the time to stop by and get us back up and running, hard to find individuals and / or companies like yourself anymore. Very much appreciated.
Contacted Matthew at 9:00 PM, he responded immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Jesse was the tech that came to the house. He was terrific. He troubleshot the unit, identified the problem and resolved it quickly. He was patient while explaining the issue. Very pleasant guy. Would definitely use this company for future repair if needed and for maintenance.
Jesse was awesome! Professional, very straight forward. Took his time and explained everything to me, and answered all my questions, very polite. Absolutely recommend M and R.
