We’ve been working with M and M since 2004 and I can’t believe we’ve never left a review! We’ve opened a few restaurants and catering commercial kitchens. We’ve worked with Architects, contractors and every sub you can think of. M&M is the only company that has been thoughtful, lived there word and got the job done without all the headaches and multiple (tracking down) phone calls. They always come in on budget and work with you to make sure you’re happy.
Always a professional, always on time, always great work from Matt. It is rare to trust anyone now a days but Matt is someone that will tell it how it is and always take care of you. Thank you for always being awesome Matt.
This company is quick and available and Matt knew what he was doing unlike other companies we’ve used. I highly recommend for all walk in cooler, Refridgeration needs especially if you own a restaurant.
Second time Mitch was out in three years (different issues, different equipment). Fantastic experience both times. Timely, clean, quick, excellent value, takes the time to explain--if you are curious, lastly, humorous. If you need HVAC repaired or installed in the valley, M&M should be on your short list.
Company has no loyalty even if you are a long time customer, if you make a service call and the call goes to the supervisor good luck getting a call back he does not return calls, we use the company for years but now we are done, there are plenty of company’s who care about customers I really hope the owner reads reviews so he knows his company has zero customer service
I called and Cody was out ON TIME the very ne,the day. He quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in almost no time. He also.conducted a thorough inspection of my unit before leaving. Costs were reasonable. All in all a great experience.
Great customer service and always on time. Fair price for the job and will let you know if something needs to be replaced and if you can get it cheaper yourself. My go to guys for both my stores.

Owners a joke to work for..treats employees like there stupid talks down to their employer 16 years in the trade with several Awards and training i never worked for such a crappy person/company in my life.. quit job to become a field supervisor with a lot better company a lot happier now.. avoid this company if you're looking for employment or you're new to this trade do not work for this company..
Mitch is a honest and fair air conditioning contractor. Fixed my air conditioner and showed me what went bad in my unit before replacing the part. Very fair price...highly recommend him to anyone needing repair or installation.
Quick response and professional service at a reasonable price. I emailed them from the web at 7pm, and my AC was fixed by the following afternoon. Eddie was super friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend these guys.
