Very good service
Called to see if someone could come out, I got no answer. Decided to call back and someone answered. He gave me another number to call. No one answered I left a message and no one has got back to me. I call that a blessing in disguise.
Our ac stopped putting out cold air yesterday afternoon so I called our proper management company this morning and reported the problem. They use M Green AC for a vendor and said that the ac company would call us to schedule a time to come out. Shortly after they called and said they would be out between 3 and 5 today, but they were able to get to us several hours earlier. The tech that came out was very friendly, effecient, explained the issue and process, and had the issue fixed in less than an hour! Great service and would highly recommend!
Driving westbound on I 20 today in the South Dallas area, there was a traffic problem caused by a giant black pick up truck in the fast lane going below the speed limit. It was forcing people to pass him on the right which was in turn slowing traffic down. When i was finally able to unsnare myself from this mass and get past the truck, i noticed that the driver was talking on his cell phone. The name on the side of the truck was M Green AC. If this is the kind of selfish, inconsiderate and dangerous people who own or work for this company, then they will never get my business.

Fast, efficient, honest and affordable...
So this company is a vendor for our rental management company. They have been to our house atleast six times to fix our hvac system. On saturday a man and his son came around 5 oclock. They were working on the machine and the compressor blew. The son came to tell me it had blew and his dad was on the phone with his boss seeing what they needed to do. When i went outside to see what they figured out they left. This was about 6 oclock on a satirday afternoon, good luck getting another person out for the whole weekend. These guys just left a women with a one year old child in 105 degree weather and doesnt even plan to be back on monday. It will be tuesday before they can get it fixed. Very annoyed that it should have been fixed at the first of july when we moved into our home and not after 6 or more services calls. Main street renewal and their vendors need to get it together.
