Paid $99 for this business to find out what was going on with my a/c. Was given a day for 6 days later to complete the job. Told they would come out at around 8am and I would be the first stop. When they didn't show up by mid morning, I called their office, but went to voicemail which was full. They were only 3 miles from my house so I drove there and no one was there. I kept trying to reach them by phone but no success. Around 5:30 that afternoon, I received a call from their office. Gentlemen apologized and said they would be out Friday between 1 and 2. So after waiting until 2:30 I called their office and told a technician would call me back. When I got the call back, I was told it was raining, well the rain had stopped by that time. When I asked why they didn't come out the day before, I was told they forgot. This is no way to run a business. Still don't know when they will come out as they are so busy. I intend to contact the BBB and the local chamber of commerce, and hopefully get a refund of my $99. Apparently my time is of no significance to them.

Highly recommend! They fit us in and fixed the issue the same day we called! Great price for the repair and for HVAC maintenance. While working, they noticed rust on our water heater and recommended we have it replaced soon. There was no pressure, genuine concern. We asked if they were able to replace it and they had it taken care of the next day! GREAT COMPANY!
This company was contracted by my home warranty company to come out and fix our A/C system. They knew we were on their schedule when I talked to them on Friday. Hey rescheduled because the home warranty company had them coming out on labor day. They rescheduled for Tuesday. They Never showed up on Tuesday. They were scheduled to be at my home between 11am and 3pm. I called at 305 pm and they said it would be an hour later. Called at 5pm. Said they were still coming. Called at 6pm still coming. Needless to say, they never showed. Because they didn't show it took an additional week to reschedule and get my Air Conditioner fixed. It wouldn't have been as bad if I didn't have children, but I have babies and the fact they totally bagged out and didn't even communicate with me that they weren't going to make it is unacceptable! I will never recommend this company to anyone!
Showed up when he said they were and shot me straight and honest and took care of the issue like a pro!
Did not deliver thermostat that I paid for. I called everyday for a couple weeks and left messages and my calls were never returned. Extremely disappointed 😞
Had this company check both of my ac units today and was very pleased with their service. Updated me on time of arrival and arrived on time. Thoroughly checked both units inside and out. Found several problems and gave me options for repairs. I would recommend their services.
Dean came out and gave us an estimate for a repair MUCH lower than one we got from another company. He completed the repair as scheduled, stuck to his estimate, and saved us $330.00! We will definitely call him for all our heating and cooling needs. We trust him and you can too! HIGHLY recommend him!
Dean came into my home last week and he did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them to any looking for a great company to install a completely new unit. They cleaned up everything and it was like no one was ever there! They even made sure to vacuum their way out! I couldn’t be more impressed with this company and the work that they do!
Best quote for installing a new HVAC system. They were professional, quick and the AC is running amazing. Mostly went with these guys because they laid everything out to me straight and simple without salesmanship BS like the other guys. They were late both times we met but were good enough to call and keep us posted.
