Mike Ellis our service technician was fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and super helpful. We are very happy to have had him assist us to resolve our AC problem and look forward to utilizing his services for any future endeavors that may arise.

My a/c went out. So, I called my home warranty. They referred me to another company. That company wasn’t able to come out in time. So, I got referred to MD Ellis. This company called me immediately and came out same day. Caleb was my technician. Immediately knew the issue of my a/c unit and repaired it in about 15 minutes. I would this company again in a heartbeat.
The professionalism of this company is off the charts. On time, on budget, efficient and above all else, they know their stuff when it comes to AC work. I don't plan on ever using anyone else again. Thank you M.D. Ellis for a (complicated) job well done!
Technician came to inspect our a/c unit. All was well. He was courteous and professional.
This was contracted through my home warranty, so I didn't know what to expect. The technician was proficient, courteous, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Recently called them back to relocate my thermostat to a better location not near a vent - pricing was fair and technician took almost NO time. Highly recommend!
Mike is a very good worker,very knowledgeable on HVAC and he's very courteous friendly to residents were I work.
Mike runs a superbly ethical company and crew (he leads from the top down), and his gang did a superb job of fixing my HVAC. Even within the constraints of our home warranty company, he has gone above and beyond with great value and spot-on servicing.
I was assigned another company by my home warranty company and they were terrible so I asked for another company and was assigned MD Ellis! I was called that same day and a technician came out the very next day. Caleb was efficient and friendly and took the time to explain the process. The manager Mike also came out for a separate call and he really took the time to let me know what was going on with my system and the repairs that he did. This is a great local company and would recommend to everyone!
Just wanted to provide a review on an AC issue I had recently. I originally had a clogged drain line, and MD Ellis came to clear. Since then, I had a somewhat related issue. Michael & Shannon came to inspect. They ended up resolving the issue, and did not charge me for the work that was somewhat related to first repair. I have used them for years now, and they have always taken good care of my family, and our needs. I will continue to recommend and use them, as they are honest, and caring people with big hearts. They are great business people to work with. Bless you, Shannon & Michael.
Mike and his team at MD Ellis are my heroes. My home warranty company originally sent over a different company that couldn't get the job done and did not respect my time. I had to have someone new take over. That's where Mike came in, with a great attitude and friendly smile. He arrived early within the time window, got right to work and fixed the problem as best as he could at that time. He explained everything to me as he did it. It turned out that what I really needed was a new A/C unit. Mine was from 1997! He was able to help me with that too. Again, his team showed up on time, got right to work and had that big installation job completed in about 30-45 minutes. They were polite and professional. Even the woman who called to arrange everything was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this company. This is my new go-to for any repairs like this.
Mike might have literally saved our lives. Our heating system was burnt and melted due to the faulty workmanship of another contractor. Mike came in and helped us. Our home could have gone up in flames and he was honest, caring and kind. Thank you Mike.
Their scheduling manager (Mike) was rude and unprofessional, but Todd and the office staff made up for his lack of professionalism or ability to answer simple questions about what was wrong with our AC unit. We ultimately still had our entire AC unit and thermostat replaced by MD Ellis a few months ago. Yesterday, the temperature dropped and we attempted to turn our heater on; however, the heater is now not working. We have another company evaluating the system now because we do not want to return to MD Ellis as a customer ever again.
After MD Ellis replaced my blower motor on behalf of my home warranty it was really warm in my house. Thinking the blower motor immediately broke, I recalled MD Ellis to address the issue. Javier said the whole unit needed to be replaced due to lack of maintenance, and that I would need to pay $4500 to replace it. I asked for a second opinion and learned that the ac unit was fine. Somehow the unit had come unsealed from the duct work and was cooling my attic. Raymundo from Honor Air resealed the connection for $425. Everything is great now, and I saved $4,000 by getting a second opinion.
Great service at a great price. Had two HVACs installed because the old ones were 22 years old and starting to fail. They did a great job and were quick too.
We had a service technician from Goettl yesterday who came out and looked at our A/C and compressor. He informed us that we needed a new A/C (in which ours is older and will need replacement soon). However, he didn't do anything to fix it in the meantime, removed the part that it needs to power on, and we sat in this hot house all night and had to buy a portable A/C cause it was 100 degrees outside & 89 degrees in the house... Since they wanted to replace the whole thing, I called my home warranty... and waited the next day in the hot house that they left us in... Then the next day, we had an appt scheduled w/ MD Ellis who came to service us as they were the referral from our home warranty. Caleb comes out and looks at the compressor, fixed a part that needed to be fixed, and got it done in about 30 mins. That's all it took!!! Next thing I know, cold A/C is coming out of the vents inside the house!!! I can't believe the other company left a pregnant woman (whom I informed was pregnant yesterday) in a hot house with no A/C, just so they could get us to purchase a new one! Ridiculous! Call MD Ellis, they were fast, friendly, reliable & overall I'm so so grateful. Stressed & sweating in this hot house for one easily replaceable part!!!! So grateful for your great service and friendly technicians!!!
This was my first time using this company, and they were awesome! Caleb was the tech on site who wasted no time on the issue and went straight to the source of the issue after 2 minutes of conversation with me on what had happened with the unit. Caleb was in and out of my property within 30 mins with my issue fully resolved. The lady who answered the phone when I initially called was also great. Will definitely continue to use and refer this company.
Over the past 2 years I've hired this company twice and they always deliver! Mike showed me how to reset my unit when needed, and recently they replaced a bad motor within 24 hours. All of this work was done for thousands less than the previous 2 companies quoted me for. If you are looking for people who do the job right and are honest, look no further.
Excellent service again from this company. Very rare in today's culture. Owner very involved and believes in quality. Got my business for life. They just did a second job replacing all ducts and the heater due to damage another company caused. Can't recommend enough. Update. Finished duct install after having to wait on parts. No reason to use anyone else folks.
A very sneaky company, they installed wrong relay on the inside unit, cause heat and ac to run at the same time. $1200 electric bill accured. Did not reimburse! Did not identify mold in my system, after a inspection, it was caught by another company afterwards.
